Home from Home:
The apartment is our home in the sun and is furnished to a high standard. Children are more than welcome and a selection of books, buckets/spades, snorkels and inflatables are available if required. Aldea de Recreativa is a beautiful development and with 2 pools and barbeque areas it is perfect for relaxing after a hectic day on the beach (!) or sightseeing on the beautiful Costa Blanca.
Moraira:
Moraira is a beautiful coastal resort. With several beaches and a plethora of restaurants and shops it is a perfect holiday destination. The weekly market is held on a Friday morning on the main town car park. The area hosts a number of large festivals details of which can be found at the local tourist information office in Moraira. The Marina is a lovely spot and the main beaches all have refreshment and bathroom facilities. All of the main beaches are manned by qualified lifeguards. There are several children’s playgrounds dotted around the town in addition to a great fun fair, which operates in the evenings. Both tennis and a 9 hole golf course are available for use in Moraira.
The Surrounding Area:
There are a wide variety of activities and sightseeing opportunities all within striking distance of Moraira. Along the coast are the resorts of Javea, Calpe, Altea and further afield, Benidorm and Denia. All of which provide high quality beaches and a variety of activities from theme parks in Benidorm to beach side walks in Javea. There are a number of good golf courses in the area and details can be provided if required.
Further inland the Jalon Valley is a popular tourist destination - the home of multiple Orange and Lemon groves, and the mountain resort of Guadalest is also a great day trip.
