Modern luxurious 3rd (top) floor apartment 100 metres from the beach, with excellent sea views. The apartment block is at the seafront end of the attractive Avenida de la Paz with its palm trees fountains and promenade. Access is by a lift from the ground floor. The apartment features fully tiled marble floors with air conditioning and is tastefully furnished, sleeping 4 in one double and one twin bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, ironing board and all utensils. In the lounge there is cable TV (Sky News and BBC radio) and DVD player. The fully tiled bathroom features a strong pressure shower and bidet. Numerous restaurants and shops are within minutes.

Moraira is a small, smart resort on the North Costa Blanca, with excellent facilities. The sandy beaches are blue flagged. There are numerous restaurants and shops in Moraira which is commonly described as the jewel of the Costa Blanca. No high rise blocks are allowed in the town which has a pleasant, cosmopolitan feel as a result. It is kept immaculately clean and is well policed making for a safe and well ordered environment. There are no package holiday hotels in the town. Within 40 minutes drive there are mountainous areas bisected by fertile valleys with excellent walking and many old and historic towns and villages to visit. There is a choice of Theme Parks and attractions around Benidorm, 30 - 45 minutes south. For golfers there are numerous golf courses within 15 - 60 minutes drive. The climate is approximately 10 degrees warmer than the UK and the region has over 300 days of sunshine per year.

Lovely Apartment near the sea

We stayed here for just under a week and the apartment location is great, it is right in the heart of Moraira, you can see the sea and the little castle in Moraira.

Two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with roller shutters on the outside, just perfect for keeping the room dark whilst sleeping.

The large windows in the lounge and the door to the balcony offer lots of light. The air conditioning works great (you don't need it on all the time even in August which is good) The kitchen is very well equipped also for those breakfasts, lunches etc.

The only reason this doesn't have 5/5 from me is there is nowhere to sunbathe in the apartment or the complex, other than the nearby beach, which is busy. However you can sit in the terrace and get the afternoon sun just lovely. Whilst the balcony is not hugel it could maybe take a couple of foldaway loungers to be just perfect for sun later in the day.

All in all would definetely recommend this unless you are a sun worshiper who doesn't like the beach!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
