A top of the range luxury 134 M2 apartment with private parking and lift on first floor giving it a panoramic and breathtaking uninterrupted view over Moraira beach, the Mediterranean and Calpe rock. It is only 300 meters from one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches in Costa Blanca. First time on the rental market, this very tastefully decorated apartment was built and furnished to the highest standard for personal use. Independent air conditioning and heating system. Fully equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, and outfitted for sophisticated entertaining. Spacious master bedroom with en-suite and 2 large mirrored built-in wardrobes is beautifully appointed. The second bedroom is with a double bed and the third one with two single beds. Each have spacious built-in mirrored wardrobes. Main bathroom modern with tub and shower. Living/dining area with balcony and sea views ideal for indoor/outdoor entertaining.

Moraira is commonly described as `the jewel in the crown´ of the Costa Blanca on the Mediterranean midway between Alicante and Valencia and 20 minutes from exit 63. It is a small, smart and sophisticated resort grown up from a fishing village. The sandy beaches are blue flagged. Numerous restaurants, cafes and shops within two minutes. The restaurants in Moraira and surrounding area cater to all tastes, most Spanish in character serving traditional dishes and superb seafood. No high-rise blocks allowed in the town or the area and this creates a pleasant and cosmopolitan feel. It is immaculately clean and well-policed making a safe and orderly environment. Not far inland rugged mountains with many historic towns and villages provide a dramatic backdrop. Benidorm the home of theme parks, shopping and nightlife is 40 minutes south. Many golf courses within 15 - 60 minutes. Ideal for year round living with 300 days of sun.

My wife and children was so sad to leave as the apartment, its location and the town tick all the boxes for a perfect vacation.
I have travelled to many locations with my family and confess that Joe and Joanne's apartment is the best that we have visited. It has been equipped with everything that you could possibly need; dishwasher, washing machine, AirCon, Satellite TV, Underground Parking, a lift, and possibly one of the best views from the balcony in Moraira.
The town of Moraira is probably the best in the area; If you are a beach lover its beach is cleaned daily, the gentle sloping clear waters are perfectly and safe, justifying the EU Blue Flag. While we did not need these services it was reassuring to see that there were also two Lifeguards on duty at all times and First Aid facility.
There are Supermarket and Bakers within a stone’s throw of the apartment, catering for all your breakfast needs (lunch and dinner if you require) we chose to sample many of the local restaurants, in the pedestrian area, where you can either grab a quick tapas or dine on the finest prepared food worthy of a Michelin Star.
This town appealed to all ages, from our 9 year old, teen aged childrean and my retired in-laws. Thank you Joe & Joanne, booking the apartment, transfers and collection of the keys all went like clockwork with you, we look forward to meeting you again as I am certain we will return.

We have travelled all over the world and have decided Moraira has got to be the prettiest, cleanest and safest little town anywhere and the Perfect apartment, in the Perfect setting makes for the Perfect vacation.
This apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you might need..
The balcony is a good place to have breakfast and watch the world go by, have a snooze in the afternoon and top up your tan and then relax with a drink in the evening. Shops, Supermarkets and a wonderful variety of restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
The main beach is very close but can get crowded. We found a little beach just half a mile down the road to Calpe. Very gentle slope into crystal clear water, blue EU flag fully deserved. Safe bathing for “kids” of all ages.
Thank you Joanne and Joe for a wonderful holiday. And thank you Jeanine for all the cleaning.

It was so good we went back......

This apartment is fantastic. All the decor, fittings and kitchen equipment are very high quality. There's underground parking which means the car is cool whenever you need it and there's no hunting for somewhere to park to unload / load the kids in the car. Moraira is a very family oriented town with climbing frames on the beach and large pedestrianised areas in town. The best thing about this place is the location - right across the road from a great beach plus Moraira's bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We've three small children but there is a lift to get the buggy up and down and the balcony has a solid surround. The proximity to the beach makes it easy to pop back for lunch, extra food and water or toilet emergencies!
This was our second visit and the owners were as thoughtful and helpful as ever, despite us locking the keys in the apartment for the second year running.

A Perfect Holiday

My wife and I can best dascribe this apartment as ' 5 star '. In a central position with one of the best balcony views in Moraira, the beach, shops, bars and restaurants are all nearby. The apartment exudes quality, is spotlessly clean and equipped to a very high standard. In short, we would recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for the perfect holiday.
