This luxury apartment was recently completed in May 2007. The apartment is situated on the Costa Blanca in the beautiful traditional Spanish village of Teulada. You can see from the photos that the apartment is lovely. I had the pick of the plots and opted for a ground floor poolside apartment. Everything is brand new and beautifully furnished. The apartment boasts its own small private terraced area with access off the main bedroom and also off the lounge area. The terrace then leads out into the communal pool area with further sunbathing space. There is a special children pool. If you prefer to relax with a different view, then jump in the lift up to the top floor where you will find a huge roof terrace overlooking the Spanish mountains. The apartment benefits from a secure reserved car parking space which is located underground directly next to the lift so no need to climb any stairs!

Location: Moraira in Spain

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Miles
Teulada is situated on the Costa Blanca, less than an hours motorway drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports. It is very rare to find a new build apartment in Teulada as it is an old historic town stooped in history. Most of the locals do not speak English and therefore there is a real Spanish feel to the town. You can go for romantic walks through the Old Spanish cobble streets and visit the old church. There is also a newly built square surrounded by some shops and a few bars and restaurants. If you fancy something a little more lively, then the larger town of Moraira is less than a ten minute drive away. Moraira is an attractive resort surrounded by luxury villas which is entrenched in its impressive marina, variety of shops, colourful weekly markets, atmospheric old town, and its waterfront restaurants. Moraira and Teulada are secret unspoiled parts of Spain you're sure to love.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Special rates available for longer than normal lets. Gas, water and electricity included. Linen and towels are included (excludes beach towels). Linen and towels are changed weekly. We provide full end-stay cleaning.
    A 25% deposit is required in order to secure the apartment, with the balance remaining plus a £150 refundable security deposit to cover damage and excessive cleaning payable in full 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. Please arrange your own holiday insurance. Normal vacating time is 10am with access to the apartment being after 4pm on the day of arrival.
  • WINTER LETS - Moraira and nearby Javea are open all year round to welcome the visitors who enjoy the temperature climate of the Costa Blanca. Winter in this area is generally sunny and pleasant.

Spent 11 days here in August 2009 with my partner and 2 children, 11 and 13. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, new and very clean. The pool was ideal and didn't get too busy during the day. Teulada is a very pretty town with a few restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance from the apartment block. I would recommend a car as Moraira is a 15 minute drive and Javea a 25 minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment was an excellent base from which to explore both inland and the coast.
