The apartment is quietly situated on a green, pine covered hillside above the village of Moraira. It occupies the ground floor of a modern villa and comprises 2 bedrooms (2 singles, 1 double, 1 cot - 2 extra beds can be provided, if required). There's ample drawer and hanging space, a kitchen/diner, a sitting room opening on to a terrace with a large private swimming pool, lounging area and BBQ. If you prefer the shade there's an attractive covered area with table and seats for outdoor eating / relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with microwave oven, 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc. There's a bathroom/WC with a shower and hot water is free; linen and towels are provided. It's only 4 minutes by car to the sea / Moraira where there's a good range of shops and other facilities. Babysitting is available. Unless you're dedicated walkers a car / moped is strongly recommended. These can be hired at reasonable rates either locally or from the airport

Moraira is a charming old fishing village situated between sea and mountains with an average annual temperature of 18C climbing to 30C+ in the summer. There are sandy beaches, rocky coves, watersports, golf and weekly markets. In Teulada Moraira there are 80+ restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Further afield the nearby towns of Denia, Javea, Gandia, Altea, Calpe and Benidorm offer an even wider range of entertainment, shopping and theme parks.

We rented this apartment for two weeks at the beginning of August 2009 and can honestly say that it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable family holidays that we have had.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped for all our needs, the pool was fantastic and very private. Tony and Diane made us feel extremely welcome at their villa and we really would like to return for another holiday in the near future.
Over all highly recommended holiday home.

We have just spent two weeks in Tony & Di's villa in Verde Pino Moraira. Perfect! We had our own apartment on the ground floor with doors opening to our own pool with a covered terrace for meals & chilling out. The apartment had everything that you need & more. All the gadgets, crockery, linen top notch & sparkling clean. The Villa is in a quiet corner near to the beach & shops etc but you feel in a bit of real Spain with vinyards & pine trees etc. Tony & Di very warm & welcoming. Thanks for a brilliant place & making us feel special.
