Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per week will secure the booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. This must include an extra £50.00 per week key/security deposit which will be returned in full when keys are returned and subject to there being no damage to property. Lets are normally sat/sat departing 1000hrs arriving 1400hrs however flexibility will be granted if needed where possible. A 40 euros per week cleaning charge will be payable on arrival. 10 night duration and long term winter rentals are welcomed please contact us for further details. Long weekend breaks also considered. We recommend that you take out personal holiday Insurance for the duration of your holiday.

The kitchen is fully equipped including extractor fan, toaster, knife set etc. The bathroom is tiled throughout and includes Bidet and powerful shower. To the rear of the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine and water heating facilities. Extra blankets and separate heating can be found in storage cupboards. Prices include linen and towels provided per stay, please provide own beach/pool towels. Hire cars or Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
