The apartment, is on two floors. The first floor containing a large lounge and dining area, with an alcove under the stairs containing a sofa bed, a central ceiling fan and air conditioning. Also a large well equipped kitchen, toilet, utility room and terrace. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin, plus air conditioning as well. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with chest of drawers. Each bedroom has shutter blinds and security grills. There is also a hairdryer for guests use.

A 45 minutes drive south will take you to the renowned La Manga Internation Golf Resort. Handicap Certificates are required at some, but not all, of the nearby courses. All courses speak English.
