Flamingo Hills is an established urbanisation in the Playa Flamenca area of Orihuela Costa. This ground floor apartment is part of a small secluded complex of duplex apartments. The self-catering apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) both with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bed side tables, 1 bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Large living room with English/Irish and satellite TV. Large adjoining well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a patio area to the front and a large secluded tiled garden area at the back. There is a private driveway for secure parking and also ample street parking. The apartment comes with full access to the beautiful well maintained double pool.

Playa Flamenca is a beautiful residential area, near to all the required holiday facilities, i.e. blue-flag beaches, championship golf, tennis, water sports, aqua parks, and go carting. Ten minutes walk from two large commercial centres with dozens of restaurants and bars. There are numerous high quality beaches within a 5 km radius and three superb golf courses, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are all within a short drive (approx 10 to 20 minutes). There is a bustling Saturday market in Playa Flamenca - regarded as the best in the area. Torrevieja, a 10 minutes drive away, is a beautiful Spanish town, boasting a marina, waterfront market, street entertainment, shops/shopping centres, numerous cafes, bistros, restaurants and bars.

My family and I stayed in this apartment in Aug 2007. We were very pleasantly surprised with the apartment. The price is very reasonable and it's a very nice apartment with 2 outside areas - front and back. It's also within walking distance of the main playa flamanca centre which has some good restaurants. Good value for money!
