The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk (about 250 metres) from the nearest blue flag, sandy beach at Playa Flamenca. There are several others at La Zenia and Punta Prima which are a short stroll away and a short car ride will take you to the harbour and beaches at Torrevieja. The apartment is close to a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a Beauty Salon within the complex offering Luxury Pampering days well within the budget.

Every Saturday there is a street market (within walking distance), selling fresh fruit and vegetables, local food produce and some real bargains in footwear, clothing and household goods. Local leisure facilities include horse riding, fishing, sailing, bowling and go-karting. For golfers, there are 3 excellent courses within 10/15 minutes drive, including the famous Villamartin championship course.
