Good sized, modern equipped, 2 double bedroom, ground floor apartment in a well maintained private owners only gated small complex with good sized pool in the centre of the complex. Close to Alicante and Murcia airports, 3km from nearest beach. Close to many golf courses and shopping centres and with plenty of local restaurants to suit all tastes. Great venue for a long week end or a lay on the beach weeks holiday. Cable and satellite, ideal for families.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A returnable key deposit will be payable before departure, and a local cleaning charge of 45 euros when cleaning up to four people and 50 euros for six people payable to the apartment manager on the complex. This covers cleaning the apartment and change of towels/ linen at the end of your stay. A change of towels/ linen on two week stays can be arranged at extra cost with the apartment manager.


    Heaters are available for winter rentals.
    Complex rules are posted in the apartment and must be adhered to at all times.

Sink has cabinet underneath with space for all toiletries. 2nd bathroom has shower over a bath, toilet and sink again with cabinet/cupboard for storage. Both are tilled white and are clean and airy. The property is spotlessly clean.

Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and shutters. The lounge also has a sofa bed that would sleep 2, and a door leading out to the uncover-looked balcony. There is also a babies cot available.

Notes: This is a fantastic modern apartment larger than average and equipped to full UK standards. It is within easy reach of many quiet sandy beaches. The nearest beach is within 15 min walk for those who choose not to drive. There are many local restaurant and bars within 5 min walk from the apartment. The complex is mainly owner occupied so is quite and very well kept. It offers a perfect base for those looking to escape to a warmer climate during the winter months and offers fantastic value for a younger family of 4 who are looking for a week or fortnights beach holiday. There is plenty in the local area to keep you all occupied for 2 weeks. Apartment has cable/satellite.

Stayed here summer 09 with my wife and 2 children. The apartment was bigger than we expected, spotless clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. The complex is quiet at night and very secure with locking gates. We had a car which you would need if you want to go to the beach, but there are shops and restaurants within 15mins walk. we would reccomend Garrys apartment and we may go back next year.
