This really nice 2 bedroomed apartment is on the 1st floor of a fabulous complex and overlooks the residents swimming pool which is set in grassed gardens with specimen plants. The lounge which leads off to a private balcony has 2 comfortable settees and dining area with 4 placings. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you will need whilst on holiday. Both the master and twin bedrooms have great wardrobe space and both also have bathroom en suite. For your comfort the apartment is air conditioned throughout which also blows heat for cooler seasons and for your entertainments there is digital TV system installed. There are table and chairs on the private balcony so that you may relax and dine al fresco and there are sun loungers for soaking in the sun whether it be around the pool or on the roof solarium with fabulous view of the Med. There is private parking facilities and access to the complex is via an electronic key system. The apartment is a short walk to many facilities.

Playa Flamenca is close to many amenities and all within walking distance. On your doorstep there are several large supermarkets including Lidl, Mas y Mas and Super Cor. The fantastic Flamenca Beach commercial centre is a mere few minutes walk with 3 floors of shops, banks, cafes, bars with good family entertainment and restaurants with fine cuisine to suit all tastes and nationalities. There are scenic walks along the front and into Torrevieja with cafe bars along the way to stop, relax and take in the views of the Med. A fabulous familly go kart track is also local and caters for all age group, including the very young. Only 10 minutes drive away is the local cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja with its harbour, beautiful esplanade and many shops and cafe bars and newly opened theatre which is a must visit. For those looking for souvenirs there are small market stalls open most evening along the front.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide 30% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 50 euros to pay on your arrival.
    Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima The beaches of La Zenia, Cala Capitan, Levante, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Airport transfers, car hire and taxi service:: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 20 minute drive away. Flights : Ryanair/Easyjet Alicante - Direct flights from Dublin and most major airports. Murcia - Direct flights from Shannon, Dublin and Cork. Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Support Service: You will be met on arrival at the apartment and a good support service is there for you during your stay. Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request. Should you require of hire of baby equipment we can also arrange this for you

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Kids are alright!!

This clean & comfortable apartment was ideal for our family of four. Our two kids 4yrs & 8yrs were more than happy with the digital TV, DVD player and pool and we were happy with the security and cleanliness. The grounds were maintained to a high standard, grass kept cut and pool cleaned in the mornings. The residents keep a tight control on anti social incidents, while we were there non residential local teenagers were evicted from the pool area, rubbish and dogs fouling were also dealt with and are not tolerated. The whole site is secure and we felt that we could relax while the kids did their thing around the pool, the balcony of the apartment is also a great vantage point to keep an eye on the kids if you want to retreat out of the sun for a bit. There is some close construction going on and in a couple of years I would imagine that it would be a very prominent area, however that said we had no disturbance from any works going on. There is a 'Lidl 'supermarket opposite the complex and a well stocked 'Super Cor' a short 10 minute walk away. There are all types of restaurants for all tastes, again just a short 10 minute walk away, Burger King, Chinese, Indian, Steak houses, Continenal etc. Cove type beaches are accessible across a busy main road (N332), a nudist beach, a quiet beach and commercial beaches with toilets, cafe's and life guards. Overall we can recommend this apartment for family's with young children.
