Both the master and twin bedrooms have great wardrobe space and both also have bathroom en suite. For your comfort the apartment is air conditioned throughout which also blows heat for cooler seasons and for your entertainments there is digital tv system installed. There are table and chairs on the private balcony so that you may relax and dine al fresco and there are sun loungers for soaking in the sun whether it be around the pool or on the roof solarium with fabulous view of the Med. There is private parking facilities and access to the complex is via an electronic key system. The apartment is a short walk to many facilities.

Notes to the rental rates

• Booking Deposit:
  To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
  A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
  To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 45 euros to pay on your arrival.
  Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.

Beaches:

There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima The beaches of La Zenia, Cala Capitan, Levante, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Airport transfers, car hire and taxi service:

There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 20 minute drive away. Flights : Ryanair/Easyjet Alicante - Direct flights from Dublin and most major airports. Murcia - Direct flights from Shannon, Dublin and Cork. Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire

Support Service

You will be met on arrival at the apartment and a good support service is there for you during your stay. Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request. Should you require of hire of baby equipment we can also arrange this for you

Golf Information:

Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. We can arrange for tee times to be booked on your behalf and provide further details of golf courses and prices on request. You can hire golf clubs at the golf course and will need to provide a handicap certificate.
