Large one bedroom apartment (75m2) with big lounge / dining / kitchen area separate bedroom, shower room, TV with spanish channels only, fully furnished plus nice good size communal pool. Two lovely beaches (one is a blue flag beach with beach bar the other is the smaller private palm beach) are a short stroll away. Plus shops, supermarkets, cafes, good Spanish/English bars, fancy restaurants, banks etc are in abundance and all on your doorstep. You can walk along the beach/promenade all the way into Torreveija Town (30 min walk) alternatively you can hop on a bus (every hour) from outside the apartment which takes you straight into Town ( 10 min bus ride). The apartment is located on the first floor in a older style three storey purpose built block with shops all along the ground floor. The best and most used room of the apartment is the lovely rear terrace which is spacious, gets the sun for most of the day, faces towards the sea and has part sea views.

Dear Kerry and Martha,

Now we are back in a wet and cool England we cannot help but reflect back on our holiday. We would like to thank you for the friendly welcome, the apartment, that was more than our expectations. The welcoming pack of wine etc. was a nice touch, and the weather was even better than we were expecting, we feel as though we have had a real relaxing holiday.
