Set within a lush oasis of green gardens in a secure complex, this luxurious ground floor apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. It comprises lounge/dining room, master bedroom en suite with bath and twin bedroom, all with private balcony leading off where there are tables, chairs and sun loungers for you to sunbathe, relax and dine outdoors. The spacious lounge has a comfortable leather corner settee and dark wood dining table with 6 place settings. The American style kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs and there is a separate utility area. Both the master and twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space. There is also the luxury of a 2nd bathroom. For your comfort the apartment is fitted with air conditioning throughout and for you entertainment there is a satellite TV system installed to view on the 42in plasma TV with DVD player and home cinema. The complex offers a choice of 3 swimming pools with one heated.

Punta Prima is a popular coastal resort on the Orihuala Costa within easy reach of the blue flag beach of Playa de Punta Prima, renowned for its fine white sand and walkways along the coastal area adjoining other coves. Located approx 3km south of Torrevieja with Playa Flamenca to the south Punta Prima is an ideal holiday location. There are several large supermarkets within easy walking distance as are many shops, banks, cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and nationalities as is Flamenca Beach commercial centre providing 3 floors of bars and restaurants with family entertainment. For those who like to test their driving skill there is a local go kart track which caters for all ages and the Aqua Park is only a short drive. Only 3km away is the cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja, an old fishing village which has grown significantly in recent years and has now become a first-class tourist location with beautiful beaches, promenade and shops.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.
    Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 50 euros to pay on your arrival.
  • Support Service:
    You will be met on arrival at the apartment and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving late and after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a food parcel or should you require the hire of baby equipment we are able to organize this for you.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your own use although should you wish a laundry/cleaning service during your stay this can be arranged.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are gentle stroll to Playa de Punta Prima with walkways all along the coastal area adjoining other coves. The beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cala Capitan, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Flights, transfers, car hire and taxi service: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire.

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. We can arrange for tee times to be booked on your behalf and provide further details of golf courses and prices on request. You can hire golf clubs at the golf course and will need to provide a handicap certificate.
