Located near the beautiful Carabasi beach and just a stones throw from local bars and restaurants with views across the Nature Reserve to the Crevillente mountains this apartment is ideal for sun lovers golfers and families alike. Only 10 minutes from Alicante Airport the apartment is well appointed with 1 double, 1 twin bedroom and a large sofa bed. You will feel most at home and comfortable very quickly!! TV with English speaking channels DVD/CD players and a number of children's facilities and games should you need them. Ideally located for visiting all areas of the Costa Blanca from La Manga in the south or Benidorm(Mundomar/Terra Mitica to the north approximately 45 minutes away. Or a great base to look for your new home in the sun

    NB: An additional charge is made for cleaning. 50 euros on departure ( 2008 rates).

  • Large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa also available in Guardamar. This is available for long term rental at good rates and we have many pictures available. Call for rates / availability -perfect if you are waiting for your property to be finished!
  • To reserve a non-refundable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking. The cleaning charge is payable with the final balance 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking last minute full payment is required.
    A refundable key/security deposit of £100 is required with the balance and will be refunded subject to no damage/excess cleaning/ excess use of electricity at the property.

Notes: Both bedrooms large multi-speed ceiling fans. The lounge/dining area has a double sofa bed and large dining table and chairs, TV DVD & CD players. Please bring your own to play. Outside on the balcony the a patio table with 4 chairs ideal for breakfast or sunny evenings. The roof terrace is a major feature with great views, perfect for sunbathing and has sunbeds, table and chairs(6) shower and BBQ. Changeover day is Saturday during summer but please do not hesitate to contact us if you need to be flexible.

Fantastic Place to Stay - Again..

We have just returned from another lovely family holiday in the apartment and it never fails to disappoint. It's a 2 minute drive to the marvelous Carabassi Beach, there are local shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away and the complex is gate controlled, safe and secure and has its own swimming pools. The apartment is clean, air conditioned and the huge terrace has suberb views over the nature reserve. The neighbours are friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommed this location to anyone. Many thanks to the owners who as always, provide a first class service.

Lovely well equipped family house, lovely and clean, would recommend to friends. Excellent pool facilities, close to bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to the clean and sandy beach. We felt very safe and secure whilst staying, and we had excellent directions from the owners and thoroughly enjoyed out stay, thank you

The lovely apartment was clean, well maintained and comfortable, the balcony had sun all afternoon until sunset and the huge roof terrace which has sun all day had table, chairs, sunloungers, a bbq, an outdoor shower to cool off and amazing views . The pool area which is beautiful is less than a hundred yards from the apartment. there is a selection of bars and restaurants,a well stocked mini mart and a newsagents all only literally a few minutes walk.A short stroll will take you to the wonderful Carabasi beach. If you don't have a car a bus stops by the bars which will take you to Alicante or the beautiful town of Santa Pola where you can also catch a ferry to Tabarca Island (worth a visit).
We can strongly reccomend the apartment and its location. A fantastic holiday!

Superb apartment, excellent location.

We stayed in this apartment in June 2008 and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Perfect location literally 10 minutes drive from Alicante airport in private, child friendly gated community which is perfectly secure and safe for them to play. The apartment is well appointed and excellent value for money and James & Mel, for whom nothing is too much trouble, have made this a genuine home from home with some nice touches. We will be back. You will not be disappointed - recommended without reservation.
