The apartment has a large open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen off, containing cooker hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer. There is a south facing balcony and ground floor patio area. Outdoor furniture is provided for your use when relaxing in the sun. All three bedrooms have built -in wardrobes, and the bathroom has a bath, with shower over, and a bidet. All bed linen and towels are provided, (not beach towels). The apartment has TV, DVD player, CD and radio. Just 50 metres away is the communal swimming pool and the beautiful Los Arenales beach is only ten minutes walk away.

The apartment is set in an urbanisation known as Gran Alacant. This is a large modern purpose built area that is divided into neat small blocks of varying types of properties. There are bars, restaurants and all the usual facilities within easy walking distance. There is a small supermarket within two minutes walk, and several large supermarkets on the edge of the development.

The Area: The charming resort of Los Arenales del Sol is only 5 mins drive away, with shops, bars, restaurants etc and fabulous sand dune beaches. Santa Pola (5 mins south) is a beautiful old fishing town, which is home to one of the largest fishing fleets in the Mediterranean. It is good for fishing, there is a lovely promenade, blue flag sandy beaches, excellent fish restaurants, historical sites and excellent markets several days a week. It is surrounded by large natural saltwater lagoons, which attract an abundance of wild birds and pink flamingos. Alicante (15 minutes drive away) is a fabulous international city with designer shops, old castle, lively port and marina, theatres, cinemas, bullring and famous promenade and parks to visit.

Terms and Conditions: After confirmation of availability by e-mail or phone a provisional booking is held up to 10 days pending a non refundable deposit of 10%. Once received, confirmation will be sent by e-mail or fax. Balance of payment: The balance payable six weeks prior to arrival payable to owner by GPB cheque, The £100 damage deposit shall be deposited with the key holder/caretaker upon arrival. You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance, including a cancellation clause. A damage deposit of 150 Euros (or £100) is required, payment and will be held throughout the duration of your stay, this will be returned subject to inspection of property and its contents. (£0 retained in 2007 or 2008 from guests) The number of occupants must not exceed six under any circumstances. The accommodation is available from 4pm and will be vacated on departure day at 10am.

I would highly recommend this apartment. It is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. It is also in a very good location -close to shops, restaurants, pubs, swimming pool etc.

Also a special thanks to John who was so nice to deal with when organising the booking and provided me with all the information I asked for. I had a fabulous holiday and look forward to returning in the future

Stayed in apartment in september.
Alltogether a very good experiance, nice clean and well equiped accomodation, all amenities nearby but a car in my opinion makes everything accessable. Area we found safe for children as apartment is in a gated community with very little car use. (Caretakers/key holders, very helpful).

stayed in this lovley apartment for 2 weeks this summer and was very impressed. it was clean throughout had all mod cons.
having the pool so close was great to go to and from the property, it was clean and safe and having the baby pool was a bonus.
the main town of alicante was a short drive away but there is a excellant bus service to the town the bus stop is a minutes walk away.
the airport is just a short 15 min drive away so there was no long traveling to the apartment.
we have now been here twice and would not hesitate going back again.
first rate accommidation.

We had a great time in the Alicante area even if the weather was bad for the time of year (early july). We spent a couple of days exploring the city which I can recommend. (Tapas at the local cervecerias is a must)
The apartment is in great shape with friendly neighbours.The beach in wonderful. Prices for rental is very competetive compare to other parts of spain. A strong recoomendation is to rent a car.
