The property comprises of 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. The bathroom comes complete with shower over bath and bidet. In the kitchen there is a cooker, halogen hob, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. The lounge area has a TV, DVD/CD player with a selection of DVDs,CDs, board games and books. Outside there is a balcony with table and 4 chairs and 2 recliners. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the beach or just a 2 minute drive. Restuarants and bars are within easy walking distance, all are open throughout the year. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk selling all you might need from food to drink to suntan lotion.

The property is in Monty y Mar within easy walking distance of Max Coop supermarket. Gran Alacant has many shops, bars and restaurants. The superb Carribassi beach is 2 minutes by car or a 10 minute walk, well worth a visit. It is close to the renowned salt lakes and bird sanctuary of Alicante. The city centre of Alicante is 20min in the car or you can catch one of the frequent local buses. Nearby there are golf courses as well as water parks in Torrevieja and Benidorm for family fun. You can also board the train from Alicante to Benidorm then onto Denia. There is a large communal pool with separate children's play pool. There is a life guard in the summer holidays.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in this apartment. The apartment is well situated for shops, restaurants, beach, pool and local transport. There were two adults and two children (4 and 6) in our party. The weather was fabulous. There was a great selection of dvd's for when it was too hot! The local ice cream parlour situated by the farmacia (near the stops for the tourist train and buses) makes the most delicious ice cream (nutella flavour, ferrero rocher). The apartment had everything we needed and the location was ideal. We did not hire a car and really didn't need one. We went to Terra Mitica (twice!), Pola Park, Benidorm and into Santa pola town all using the local transport. Buses can be booked at the winery near the Farmacia for Benidorm (the wine was also nice and very cheap). We are booking again for next year and this was a fantastic and affordable holiday. The beach was lovely and well worth visiting. The pool was a minute or two away and we spent a lot of time there. Despite it being peak weeks there was always plenty of room at the pool. Rachel the key holder was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall we all think this was definitely a five star holiday. Thanks to Mathew and Jo (and Rachel).

Fantastic apartment.

We have just returned from a weeks stay in this fabulous apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could wish for - including the air con!! There were three adults and my two year old grandson in our party. We spent most days at the gated pool which again was spotless with a life guard on duty.
The shops and bars were only a 10 - 15 minute walk away and they cater for the "English tastes".
I enjoyed it so much that I have booked again for October and hopefully for June next year.
My son and his wife agreed it was the most relaxing holiday they had ever had - even with a 2 year old!

Just back from an excellent holiday in above holiday let and I would like to thank matthew and jo for their very affordable accommadation. The accommadation itself was brilliant very clean and we had everything you could ask for in the apartment. I could start listing out the facilities but basically it had everything you would have at home. We stayed for 12 days (2 adults + 2 children) and in that time we had 2 rainy days but with the selection of dvd's at the apartment that was not a problem. So overall i honestly could not fault the apartment. The area itself is Quiet and relaxing. Within a half a mile you have shops,restaurants and pubs which is great if you do not have a car like us.A five minute walk from the apartment you will find bus stops that will bring you to gran alicant commercial centre (pubs lidl, aldi, more restaurants) or into santa pola town or alicante city itself. The beach is about a ten minute walk away and is a beautiful beach well worth a stroll down. We spent much of the days at the communal pool and found it a great facility. One minute from apartment again clean and very relaxing. The keyholder/cleaners for the apartment were great and always available to help out in anyway. Overall i would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to get away to the sun for a nice affordable holiday. I know i'll be trying to get out again in the not to distant future.

We have 3 children of very different ages and know how difficult it can be to please everyone, we feel we have achieved this with the apartment.
Rents are low at the moment, so book early!!
