The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony with stairs to a large roof solarium that has beautiful views over Alicante, the mountains and Alicante Bay. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, air-conditioned. A fully fitted bathroom with bath/shower. Separate kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Air-conditioned Lounge/Diner with two settees, dining table and four chairs. TV and radio/CD/tape player. Room opens on to the covered terrace attracting the late afternoon sun. From the terrace is a stair to the very large Solarium, with ample garden furniture, that attracts the sun all day. There is a choice of 3 swimming pools.

Santa Pola, 10 minutes drive, has all the shops, bars, cafes, banks, etc. of a typical Spanish town. It is surrounded by large natural saltwater lagoons, which attract an abundance of wild birds and is famous for its pink flamingos. It also has an excellent market two days a week and several blue flag beaches and a promenade.

Benidorm and Terra Mitica, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Animal Park are all within 40 minutes drive north. Torrevieja is 30 minutes drive south and has one of the largest street markets in Spain every Friday. There is a regular bus service to Alicante, Santa Pola and Torrevieja.
Several golf courses all within an hours drive.
