Notes to the rental rates

• Christmas & New Year weeks will be charged at £150
  
• In addition to the above prices you will be required to pay our local contact 50 Euros for the cost of the final departure clean and 15 Euros for a meet & greet service (on arrival at the apartment you will be met by our local contact, no matter what time you arrive day or night, who will hand over the keys, show you the accommodation and answer any questions you may have).
  If you require a mid stay linen/towel change this can be arranged at an additional charge of 15 Euros.
  
• A key/security deposit of £100 or 150 Euros will be taken upon arrival, this must be paid in cash - no cheques. This will be refunded in full following the return of all keys and a satisfactory departure inspection.

Bars, Shopping & Markets

There is a small supermarket and several bars and restaurants approximately five minutes walk from the apartment and the nearest large supermarket is a five minute drive. Villamartin Plaza is fifteen to twenty minutes walk and offers a large selection of cosmopolitan bars and restaurants. There are numerous street markets in this area, with the nearest being in Playa Flamenca on a Saturday. Other nearby markets include Guardamar (Sunday) San Pedro (Monday) San Miguel (Wednesday) and Torrevieja (Friday).

Extra's

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking, with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. Airport transfers and welcome packs can be arranged (price on application).
