Florida Golf is situated approximately 40 minutes drive South of Alicante and 20 minutes drive North of Murcia. It is ideally placed to cater for golfers and sun worshippers alike having easy access to Villa Martin, Las Rambles and Campamor Golf Courses. Torrevieja is only a 15 minute drive away where you will find an abundance of shops and the golden sandy beach of La Zenia is only a 5 minute drive. There are numerous street markets in the area making this an ideal location for golfers and shopaholics alike.

  • Christmas & New Year weeks will be charged at £150
  • In addition to the above prices you will be required to pay our local contact 50 Euros for the cost of the final departure clean and 15 Euros for a meet & greet service (on arrival at the apartment you will be met by our local contact, no matter what time you arrive day or night, who will hand over the keys, show you the accommodation and answer any questions you may have).

    If you require a mid stay linen/towel change this can be arranged at an additional charge of 15 Euros.
  • A key/security deposit of £100 or 150 Euros will be taken upon arrival, this must be paid in cash - no cheques. This will be refunded in full following the return of all keys and a satisfactory departure inspection.

Notes: There is secure underground parking as well as parking being available outside of the apartment and a safe is provided for your added security. An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. There are a selection of music CD's and games available, there is also a DVD player and a wide selection of DVD's for your entertainment. The TV satellite system receives all English channels, two movie channels, sky one, living tv, discovery, fox kids, sky sports etc. so everyone can watch their favorite programme. Bed linen and bath towels are provided however guests must bring their own pool/beach towels. Guests have use of the large communal swimming pool which has a separate children’s area. The pool area is manned by a life guard during July and August. The extra large rooftop solarium is accessed via a spiral staircase so may not be suitable for small children, the elderly or infirm.

Bars, Shopping & Markets: There is a small supermarket and several bars and restaurants approximately five minutes walk from the apartment and the nearest large supermarket is a five minute drive. Villamartin Plaza is fifteen to twenty minutes walk and offers a large selection of cosmopolitan bars and restaurants. There are numerous street markets in this area, with the nearest being in Playa Flamenca on a Saturday. Other nearby markets include Guardamar (Sunday) San Pedro (Monday) San Miguel (Wednesday) and Torrevieja (Friday).

Extra's: A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking, with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. Airport transfers and welcome packs can be arranged (price on application).

Restrictions: Please note, the lead party member must be at least 25 years of age. All-male or all-female bookings, in excess of two persons, may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner.
