This tastefully furnished apartment is on the ground level of a secure gated complex. The spacious lounge/dining room is bright with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs. A British TV system and air conditioning have been installed for your entertainment and comfort. A private balcony leads off the lounge with table and chairs so that you may relax and dine outdoors. The balcony overlooks the beautiful grounds leading to the communal pool and there is also a view of the 10th hole of Villamartin golf course. The kitchen which is well equipped has electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The family bathroom is spacious and has full bath with over shower. The double bedroom has shower en suite and air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds and single bed. The fabulous residents communal pool which is a great place to meet others is accessed by key only.

Villamartin is a very popular resort providing a good commercial area and the well known Villamartin Plaza with its selective choice of bars and restaurants to suit all taste buds. The championship golf course at Villamartin is only a short walk and provides an excellent mature course suitable for experienced golfers and those wishing to test their ability on a Spanish golf course. 15 mins drive away is the main town of Torrevieja with its lovely harbour and large shopping centre. A water park and a go-kart track are nearby and an hours drive north brings you to Benidorm with all its entertainment and the theme park Terra Mitica. Situated an hours drive south is the main city of Cartagena while nearby are the historic cities of Elche and Orihuela.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be emailed or posted to your home address.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling in cash is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the apartment has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 50 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
    Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.
