Notes to the rental rates

• Can do bookings for a minimum of three days, these will be pro rata'd according to which month they are booked and a fixed daily rate of £15 added if under 5 days. A security deposit of £50 will paid upon booking and refunded after inspection and a small charge of 50 Euros is added for the cleaning of the apartment after your stay.
  
• A shuttle service is available from Alicante and Murcia airports. Direct transfer to apartment in under 45 minutes from Alicante-. 30 minutes from Murcia. Only 50 euros for the Alicante shuttle and 30 euros for the Murcia shuttle. Book the shuttle with the apartment for the fastest and hassle free way to get to Florida golf!

Cities

The nearby city of Torrevieja is worth a visit for its shopping, waterfront promenade and vibrant nightlife. Those looking for something more cultural then why not visit the historic port of Cartagena, or the old town of Murcia for its old Squares and narrow cobbled streets.

Beaches

There are the well kept beaches of La zenia and Cabo Roig plus miles of small little coves for those seeking a quiet option. These beaches also have good restaurants and cafes for your enjoyment.

Markets

The nearest market is in Playa Flamenca which is open a Saturday mornings and then you have the Torrevieja market which is open on Fridays. Torrevieja is one of Europe's largest markets and has a huge selection of traditional arts and crafts, low priced leather goods, shoes and textiles. Also a wide range of local fresh produce is on offer.

Golf Information:

There are four fabulous golf courses in the area which are Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Finca and the famous Villamartin course which hosted the Spanish open. Villamartin Golf course is the oldest of the four and is fabulously breathtaking in its beauty. Playing over undulating fairways to well protected greens. No two holes are alike on this superb course. A ravine comes into play on the inward part of the course and 14th and 17th are spectacular holes. Las Ramblas is a wonderful rambling course through valleys and rugged terrain. La Finca Golf course is fairly new and is a long course with water everywhere.
