This top floor apartment is situated in a quiet location, but is ideally placed within easy reach of all amenities, whether you are interested in the 3 Championship Golf Courses within 5-10 minutes drive, the sandy beach at La Zenia, or the bars and restaurants of the nearby Villamartin Plaza, less than 10 minutes walk away. This bright sunny apartment occupies a corner, and has windows on two sides, making it really light and sunny. There are two bedrooms, arranged as 1 double and 1 twin, and the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. There is a further separate bathroom. The terrace overlooks the garden area, and there is a large, south facing, communal swimming pool a short stroll away, which is surrounded by a grassed area. There is also a huge rooftop solarium, ideal for sunbathing!

Villamartin is situated approximately 40 minutes drive South from Alicante, or 20 minutes North from Murcia and is ideally placed to cater for golfers, having easy access not only to the course at Villamartin, but also to Las Ramblas and Campamor. Further afield, La Marquesa & La Finca courses are only approximately 15 minutes away, and the famous course at La Manga is approximately a 40 minute drive South. The golden sandy beach at La Zenia is only a 5 minute drive. The apartment is also ideally situated for families, being within easy reach of all the area's amenities.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure booking, with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. Lets of more or less than 7 or 14 days are fine (although we do ask for a minimum let of 3 days) and these will be priced on a pro-rata basis. Payments can be made by cheque, or directly into our bank account, details of which will be supplied once the booking is made. We will meet you on arrival to handover the keys, show you to the accommodation and to answer any queries you may have or provide further information on the resort and local area.
  • On arrival, a payment of 150 euros is to be made. 100 euros is a key/security payment and is refunded in full when the keys are returned and subject to there being no damage reported. 60 euros is to cover the cost of the cleaning prior to your arrival and after your departure. Normal check out is by 10:00 am and arrival after 14:00 pm, although other times can be arranged depending on availability of the accommodation prior to your arrival and after your departure. Again, please ask. The price is per week and not per person and includes full use of the pool, electric, water and laundry (of supplied bedding and towels). Please bring your own beach/pool and tea towels. Please note, Maid Service is on exit only.

Notes: This apartment has a spacious lounge area, with windows on two sides and direct access onto the balcony. There is ample seating, plus a dining area, and the property has English Satellite TV with 30 TV channels and 14 Radio Stations. There is a large fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, plus all the crockery and cutlery, etc, that you could need. Ceiling fans are fitted throughout, but the apartment is kept cool in the summer from the breeze through the windows. The two bedrooms are located one at each end of the apartment, so ideal for couples sharing. The master bedroom has a double bed, ample wardrobe space, ensuite shower room with toilet and direct access onto the balcony, which overlooks the garden area. The other bedroom is arranged as a twin, again with ample storage space, and is right next door the to bathroom. There is also a huge shared roof terrace, ideal for sunbathing.

Villamartin Plaza: The Villamartin Plaza is situated less than 10 minutes walk away, and offers a varied selection of bars and restaurants offering a wide range of international cuisine. You're sure to find something to suit all tastes! The Los Dolses & Rioja Centres are also within a 15 minute walk, with more shops and bars, and the large Commercial Centre at Playa Flamenca is within a 5 minute drive.

Shopping & Markets!: The nearest supermarket is nearby at Villamartin Plaza. The nearest large supermarket is Consum, is just a 5 minute drive. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday on Playa Flamenca (close to Mercadona) offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Playa Flamenca on Saturday, San Pedro on Monday and Guardamar on Wednesday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'Craft market' on the sea front as well as many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the Promenade and stop off to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants on offer.

Beaches: There are many beaches near the accommodation, the nearest being La Zenia, approx 5 minutes drive away. All the beaches in the area are Blue Flag beaches, and the majority offer water sports and beach bars. Alternatively, there are some quieter coves if you want to get away from it all.
