Hot and cold air conditioning in each room enables you to enjoy lovely cool air in the hot weather and excellent heating during cooler times. Every room has a ceiling fan too. Villamartin is well placed to cater to avid golfers. The championship course of Villamartin is next to the Plaza, Las Ramblas and Campoamor courses are a short distance away. A short drive will bring you to La Marquesa, La Finca, La Manga and Cabo Roig golf courses. There are many blue flag beaches along the coast, the nearest is La Zenia.

Notes to the rental rates

• PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED IN BRITISH POUNDS or EUROS.
  The prices quoted are for 4 people occupying the apartment per week. There is a supplement of £15 per week if the sofa bed is used.
  A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required on booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the date of your holiday. A returnable key and damage deposit cheque of £100 is also required. For bookings by holidaymakers under 25 it is £200. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before the holiday require full payment including the key and damage deposit cheque. This cheque will be returned to you in full 2 weeks after your departure subject to all keys being returned , no damage done to the apartment and no excess cleaning required.
  On your arrival there is a local charge payable of 50 euros to our key holder for preparation, laundry and cleaning.
  
• Airport transfers and welcome packs can be arranged.
  We are also able to arrange airport transfers in a people carrier if there are more than 4 people.
  Cot and baby equipment hire can also be arranged by us.
  Bike hire can also be arranged for those who wish to use 2 wheels instead of four. Bikes with child's seats are also available for hire.
