  • We also ask to retain a 100.00 gbp waiver damage excess which is totally refundable at the end of your stay once the apartment has been checked for any major damage which might be caused during your stay.
  • 75 euros is also required to clean the apartment after your stay, this must be paid in advance along with your rental.
