This recently completed luxurious apartment has been furnished to a high standard. It has marble flooring throughout, hot and cold air conditioning, and a full English satellite TV package including Movie Channels, Children’s Channel and Sky Sports 1, 2 & 3. It is ideally situated for golfers, families and couples. Villamartin Golf Course and Plaza are a 5 minute walk away, whilst the blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca are only a 5 minute drive away. The apartment has 2 bedrooms; a master double with en suite, and a twin room with a large bathroom next door to it. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, fridge freezer, etc. The open plan lounge diner has patio doors which lead onto the large balcony, which is furnished with table and chairs. The balcony looks directly over the stunning pool and landscaped garden area. There is also a large rooftop solarium with fantastic views to the sea.

Rental rates for the apartment in Villamartin, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain

Notes to the rental rates

• The price of the rental is per week, and not per person, and covers full use of the pool, electricity, gas, satellite TV, etc. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before occupancy date, then full payment is required. A refundable deposit of £100 is required with the balance, as a bond against any damages or lost keys. This will be refunded in full promptly, once the keys have been returned and no damage reported.
  
• 60 euros is to be paid for our Cleaning Company to cover the cost of cleaning the apartment before and after your visit, and for fresh towels and linen. (Please bring your own beach/pool towels). Airport transfers can also be arranged. Please email for details.
  
• We are flexible over changeover days, dependant on availability. The apartment is available from 3pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure (unless otherwise agreed prior to the start of your holiday).

Things To Do

A holiday at this apartment can be as relaxing or as active as you wish. The pool and gardens all have a very sunny aspect, ideal for swimming or relaxing on one of the apartment's sunbeds. The solarium is perfect for sunbathing or having a barbecue. The waterpark in Torrevieja is a great day out for children and adults alike. There is go-karting in Playa Flamenca (about a 10 minute drive from the apartment). If you would like to explore a bit further afield, there is the Safari Park at Elche (about a 30 minute drive). Benidorm is about 75 minutes away, and has many attractions for all ages including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia' a themed water park and 'Terra Mitica' a large American styled fun park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. If you enjoy shopping, then Torrevieja, Alicante and all the local markets will offer you plenty of choice. The nearest supermarket is a five minute walk away at Villamartin Plaza.

Villamartin

Villamartin has been designed with relaxation in mind, with many green areas, swimming pools and sea views. The Villamartin Plaza is an excellent place to relax, and has a wide selection of bars and restaurants serving international cuisine e.g. Chinese, Thai, German, Indian, English, Italian, Spanish, etc. Next to The Plaza is the Villamartin Golf Club which is equipped with it's own swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse restaurant. There is a small well-stocked supermarket in the Plaza, but the nearest large supermarkets, are about a five minute drive away (Super Value in Los Dolses and Mercadona in Playa Flamenca). The nearest market is held every Saturday in Playa Flamenca. There are several blue flag beaches within a very short driving distance of the apartment. The Costa Blanca is renowned for it's abundance of white sandy beaches, many of which have been awarded the Blue Flag. The nearest are La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, which are all within a 5-10 minute drive away.

Golf Information:

Villamartin Golf Course is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and is probably the most famous of the courses in the area for hosting the prestigious Mediterranean Open. It has a superb Clubhouse, excellent for relaxing, meals & refreshments. Course detail: 18 Holes, Par 72, 6130m. Campoamor has an extensive five star clubhouse with terraces that provide superb views. The course is covered in lush grass and is surrounded by beautiful pine woods and orange trees. Course detail: 18 Holes, Par 71, 5830m. Las Ramblas offers a challenging course through valleys and over rugged terrain. Course detail: 18 Holes, Par 72, 5770m. La Finca is the newest golf course in the Southern Costa Blanca area, having been splendidly built by the developers of the Villamartin Golf Course. The location has magnificent views inland towards the beautiful mountainous landscape in the north. Course detail: 18 Holes, Par 72, 6416m.
