Beautifully furnished, bright airy 2 bedroomed apartment in the recently built Los Violetas complex, situated in the popular resort of Villamartin. Conveniently located, 2 minutes walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants & bars, a supermarket for everyday provisions, banking facilities, a pharmacy along with other boutiques. A good sized, children friendly shared pool is barely 50 metres away and a children's play area another 50 metres away. For golfers there are three courses within a 5-10 minute drive: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, and several more within a 30 minute drive. For those who like to sunbathe there is the choice of the roof solarium (a real sun trap), relaxing by the pool or the blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig, a five minute drive away. Excellent location for exploring both the coast and inland and Golfing.

Villamartin is about a forty minute drive south from Alicante airport and twenty minutes from the airport at Murcia (San Javier). The nearest town is Torrevieja and there are many Golf courses in the area. Bars and restaurants of all types are in abundance. Car hire is strongly recommended and is available both at the airport and locally.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is required on booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before departure together with a £50 security deposit which will be refunded in full following departure subject to all keys being returned, no damage and no excess cleaning required. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before occupancy paid in full at time of booking.

    Normal check out is by 10:00 am and arrival after 16:00 pm, although other times can be arranged depending on availability of the accommodation prior to your arrival and after your departure. The price is per week and not per person and includes full use of pool, electric, water and laundry (of supplied bedding and towels). Please bring your own beach/pool and tea towels.

Notes: This bright, airy apartment is suitable for both family holidays, or perhaps that golfing trip. Being a corner apartment, the property benefits from large windows which let in the light. Access is via a lift, and there is also a large roof-top solarium, ideal for sunbathing. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has two large single beds, ensuite bathroom, security safe and access onto the balcony. The other bedroom has twin beds, and is right next door to the family bathroom. The bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the apartment, thus offering privacy for, say two couples sharing. The lounge area is spacious, with one large sofa bed and an arm chair, hot/cold air conditioning, and satellite TV with 30 English channels, including BBC, ITV, and Sports channels. The large kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could need. Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own towels for use on the beach or by the pool. The large communal pool is a short walk away.

Villamartin Plaza: The apartment is conveniently located 2 minutes walk to the lovely Villamartin Plaza with a huge range of restaurants, and bars to suit all tastes. There is also a supermarket for everyday provisions, banking facilities, a pharmacy and doctors surgery along with other boutiques.

Golf Information: The apartment is ideally situated for the Golfer, with 3 courses within a 5 minute drive. Villamartin is the most established of the three local courses and can be reached on foot (approximately 500 metres away), the other two being Campoamor and Las Ramblas. The Villamartin course, which is of championship standard, is very challenging but also suitable for players of all abilities. Campoamor is set in two valleys with magnificent views. Las Ramblas is the shortest of the three but features high tees, narrow fairways and ravines making it a memorable course. The world famous La Manga course only a 40 minute drive south along the coast.

Theme Parks: The water park Aquopolis is situated in Torrevieja which is approximately 20 minutes drive away. Terra Mitica theme park is 2 hours drive, just of Alicante.
