Overlooking the private 8x4 metre pool this spacious apartment in a private villa offers a quiet secluded haven in a popular urbanisation. Incorporated in the owner’s villa the apartment is totally self contained and very secure and well maintained . The accommodation includes a large lounge with satellite tv; American kitchen with fridge/freezer; microwave oven/grill, washing machine and dishwasher; separate dinning room and outside a large barbecue and eating area. There are split level patio/terrace areas which provide plenty of room to catch some rays and dry off after a refreshing swim.

Notes: The water supply to the apartment is softened and the drinking water passes through a six way filter system to give 99% pure water - no need to buy bottled water! The bedrooms all have their own air conditioning units (available for a small charge of 20 euros per unit per week) and all rooms (except one bedroom ) have ceiling fans The apartment has a DVD player. DVD's can be borrowed from the owner or hired from nearby San Miguel.All English channels are received via satellite for all the soaps etc. Internet access is available skype facility also available. Smoking is not allowed indoors, ashtrays are provided outside. There are 6 fully adjustable sun loungers. Children are welcome.

Entertainment/Eating Out: there is a wealth of restaurants offering foods from all over the world-many provide entertainment and are within walking distance. Coach trips to places of interest and for shopping are available. Nearby Torreveija provides typically Spanish pavement cafes and long sea front promenades- a great place to chill out and people watch. For teenagers and younger adults there is a variety of disco/nightclub entertainment in Torreveija. 10 pin bowling is available on recently constructed alleys. The aqua park is open in the summer. Benidorm is 80 kilometres away and is great for a visit. Night long pub entertainment and Terra Mitica -one of Europe's largest theme parks.

Water Sports: Being on the coast there are some great cliff/beach walks over rugged cliffs or through stunning pine and palm forests-some great places for picnics. All types of water sports are available here and the afternoon breeze in summer can make sailing/wind surfing interesting to say the least! On a good day you may be able to join us on a sail along the coast on our 41ft yacht 'MariposaBlanca'(White Butterfly)

Beaches/Golf: The Costa Blanca is famous for it's long and clean beaches. In the summer the beaches in Torrevieja town are packed but along the coast and only a few minutes from the apartment by car the beaches of La Zenia; Campomor and Cabo Roig are easily accessible. They are all pretty coves and all have beach bars and beach restaurants- have lunch with your feet in the Mediterranean! Situated between 3 famous golf courses Villa Martin; Campomor and Las Ramblas (different but interesting!) there is no shortage of interest for golfers old and young alike.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment has everything you could need and more, very clean and what comfy beds, kids have never slept in so late. Jill and Bob made us feel most welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
Made lots of use of the large pool as weather was fantastic for the time of year. In fact we didn't go out nearly as much as had planned due to having everything we could want.
A handful of bars/restuarants within 5mins walk and only 5mins drive to Villamartin Plaza, 10mins to La Zenia beach and about 15/20mins to Torrevieja which has a great little fun fair for the kids and not over priced as they are in the UK.
Would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic property. Well done Jill and Bob for a great home from home.

My partner and I stayed at this apartment from January until May 2007awaiting completion of our villa. In the five months that we stayed at the apartment Gill and Bob were very accommodating to our every need and more. The apartment has been decorated to a very high standard,very comfortable and it was spotlessly clean and the facilities provided were excellent! We wished we could have spent summer months there because the pool and sun terrace would have been ideal. Gill and Bob's knowledge of the surrounding area with regards to restaurants, bars,local markets and beaches and the activities on the beaches was fantastic! To be perfectly honest we all became very good friends and that stands as a tribute to the both of them. We would have no problem recommending this apartment and Gill and Bob as perfect hosts for a perfect holiday to anybody.Excellent value for the money!

A brilliant holiday. All the information you sent via email was of great help. Collecting me from the airport made life a lot easier as I arrived late. The apartment and Swimming pool are in immaculate condition and are a credit to you. I like the fact that there are so many shops and restaurants so close by and within easy walking distance. Great to have DVD and TV and Music. I found the outside BBQ a godsend. Lovely relaxing holiday. May and October are great for me because I don't like it when it's too hot. The pool temp was perfect. I'll be back Many thanks. Jackie

Thankyou so much for yet another great holiday,we will be back...the apartment is so clean and very well equiped and the private pool is a credit to you. we especially like the personal touch (latest dvd,s free of charge,sky tv,and the welcome packs) along with all the information on where to go and things of interest that you leave in the big folder in the apartment,It make splanning days in advance very easy.
