This lovely property is set in the quiet and green landscaped gardens of the popular and peaceful Valencias low rise urbanisation in Villamartin. The apartment is on the ground floor of a traditionally styled two storey Spanish style house and it has recently been appealingly refurbished to a high standard. It comprises a lounge/dining area, which has two sofas, full satellite TV channels, DVD dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads on to a small utility room with a washing machine. There are two good sized bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with twin beds and both have built in wardrobes and drawers. The charming bathroom has double sinks and a bath and shower. To the front of the property and overlooking the gardens is a terrace with a sunshade, which makes a perfect setting for a relaxing evening drink. The private pool, which is situated just moments away, is surrounded by grass verges and offers some shaded areas and a safe toddler pool.

Villamartin is situated just a forty minute drive south of Alicante airport or a twenty minute drive north of Murcia airport. It is located just minutes away from three championship golf courses, Villamartin, las Ramblas and Campoamor. The property is conveniently located just moments away from the first tee of Villamartin golf course. This area is well established. The stunning sandy beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor have been awarded the blue flag and are just 1.5K away and make for a desirable family holiday. The city of Alicante with its lovely harbour front, shops and restaurants is a great place to visit as is the more traditional town of Murcia with its historical cathedral, pavement cafes and boutiques. Just 5 kilometres away from Villamartin is the small bustley coastal town of Torrevieja home to craft markets and plenty of shops.

Activities: There is plenty for the holiday maker to do in this location. The apartment is perfectly located for the family holiday, a golfing break or a quiet, romantic holiday for a couple. For the keen golfer there are three championship golf courses sculpted into the surrounding countryside. The family can benefit from the wonderful and safe beaches in sandy coves with shallow waters just 1.5 kilometer's away. Water sports are also available from some of the beaches whilst all of them have beach bars or 'chiringuitos' for snacks and refreshments. There are also 2 fantastic water parks within a fifteen minute drive away. The theme park Terramitica is a great day out for the family and just over an hours drive away. For those looking for a quieter break, there are some lovely beach front walks and plenty of restaurants to wine and dine in the locality both in Villamartin area and along the Cabo Roig stretch. Supermarkets are within walking distance.

great, relaxing holiday

The owners were really helpful and recommended places to visit and some of the best beaches along the coastline. The apartment itself was immaculately kept and really clean. The area surrounding the apartment was quiet and peaceful with lovely gardens and a clean and well maintained swimming pool. Just 5 minutes away walking there were all the useful amenities. I found that the management were particularly friendly and helpful. by the end of our stay, both my wife and myself felt relaxed and refreshed. I would recommend this for a holiday and will definitely go back in the future!

Relaxing, getaway holiday

Mr friend and I have just spent a wonderful week in this lovely apartment.The description of the apartment is very accurate, the location is so peaceful and the property is very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and had everything there that we could wish for.The owner was so helpful and efficient when I booked the apartment.I could not fault the experience from start to finish. The Managers on site could not do enough for you and were so welcoming. My friend and I felt very safe and I would recommend this lovely apartment to everyone. We hired a car and I suggest that this is necessary so you can explore further afield and go to some lovely local beaches.
A wonderful lovely relaxing holiday.

Super wunderschoene Wohnung!!

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist sehr schoen. Die Kueche ist super ausgestattet. Die Liebe zum Detail spuert man in dieser Wohnung. Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefuehlt.
Die Betreuung (ueber Internet) waehrend unserer Buchung mit der Vermieterin war super nett, obwohl mein englisch sehr schlecht ist. Es war Gott sei Dank aber kein Problem, da die Mutter der Vermieterin Deutsch spricht. Mit der Mutter hatten wir sehr netten telefonischen Kontakt. Danke nochmal dafuer!
Die Betreuung vor Ort war super nett, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Der Gemeinschaftspool liegt ein paar Schritte vom Haus weg. Was dort fehlt, sind ein paar Stuehle oder noch besser Liegestuehle, man hat keine Gelegenheit sich am Pool laenger aufzuhalten. Schade, aber dafuer kann die Vermieterin nichts.
Ein Auto ist hier unbedingt erforderlich. Der Strand ist zu FuÃfY sehr weit weg und auch zum Einkaufen ist das Auto erforderlich. Es gibt sehr viele Supermaerkte und die Wochenmaerkte in verschiedenen Staedten muss man sich unbedingt anschauen (sehr guenstig). Am besten den Koffer nicht zu voll machen!
Wir koennen diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen und wuerden selber dort auch wieder buchen.
Danke nochmal an die Vermieterin, Mutter, und das Management vor Ort und viele liebe Gruesse aus Duesseldorf/Germany!!!
