Modern two bed villa with AC, private pool, friendly area
Situated to the north of Calpe, approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre, and 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest beach, Playa de La Fossa, which offers clean beaches and water where you can observe the huge rock, (Peñón de Ifach) to the south and its many restaurants on its perimeter. The villa itself is south facing so enjoys the sun all day and has a private custom built pool to the front. It has been recently refitted with all modern fixtures, fittings and appliances. There are two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms. One room has a double bed and the other two singles which can be made into a double if required. There is also a double sofa bed in the main living area enabling you to sleep six. Climate control is also provided to keep the villa at just the right temperature for you. There is also a newly fitted kitchen provided with space to eat with all the necessary essentials including TV with basic satellite.

In the surrounding area there are many other activities and attractions to enjoy. Shopping centres, bars and clubs, amusement parks and unique and varied shows are all within easy reach. Terra Mitica: A Paramount Theme Park, Terra Mitica is located to the South of Benidorm and has many actives to keep the whole family entertained. With spectacular themed shows and roll coaster rides. Mundomar: A marine and exotic animal park near Aqualandia. Mundomar is a unique adventure; its main attraction being its beautiful and exotic marine animals, which can be observed in their natural environment. Aqualandia: Huge water amusement park for adults and children. Aqualandia offers an unforgettable day for the whole family. Situated on the west side of Benidorm, against a hill, near Mundomar and Benidorm Palace.
