• The period from October to April. The rates here are £125.00 plus electric
  
• We require a deposit of £100.00 to secure the property. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before departure. if the booking is made less than 6 weeks before departure the full amount must be paid to secure the property. A security bond of £100.00 is payable on arrival at the house and will be refunded on departure when the house has been checked for damages.
  
• Please leave the house in the condition you found it. Place all dirty laundry in the bath including sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Calpe Rock

Calpe with its about 13 000 habitants is known for its rock called the penon de lfach. This massive rock has been inspiring people from everywhere to come and enjoy the nearly perfect view around the bays and the Costa Blanca. It can be reached either by the A-7 highway or the N-332 national road, which I would recommend using. The national road really gives you the kind of holiday feeling as it leads you to Calpe along the coastline up from Alicante. WE HAVE MANY WALKERS STAYING IN THE PROPERTY DUE TO THE FANTASTIC LOCATION. aLSO RENOWN FOR THE CYCLING CLUBS IN THE AREA

Sightseeing in Calpe

The two churches of Calpe are certainly worth a visit. Close to each other, the Iglesia Antigua and the church Senora de las Nieves are both located in the center of Calpe. Built in the 15th century, the old church had been reconditioned many times over the past centuries, as the city had been attacked by pirates many times. Calpe's archaeological museum can be found just opposite at the plaza de la villa showing various findings of the 4th until the 8th century. Alongside you find ruins of the romans and the ruins of the bano de la reina, together with rests of an old tower, the torreon de la peca. If you are further interested in local culture, you should visit the museo fester in Calle Jose Antoni which explains the local Calpe fiesta moros y cristianos and its traditions. Calpe Beaches

Calpe's two main beaches, the cantal roig and the playa arenal are widely known for its fine sand. Together with the other two beaches, la fossa and the bay of Gasparet which also belongs to the city, Calpe offers many kilometres of excellent swimming and surfing possibilities AND IS FANTASTIC FOR THE YOUNG AND ELDERLY ALIKE

Skiing Information:

Sierra Nevada is located in the Penibetic mountain range in Andalucia. It is Europe´s southernmost ski resort and is endowed with the Iberian peninsula´s highest summits. The resort is situated in the municipalities of Monachil, Guejar Sierra and Dilar near Granada´s Costa Tropical (100 km.) and the Costa del Sol (150km.). The resort´s village, Pradollano is at an altitude of 2,100 meters.

The 72 hole par course measures 6270 meters in length, with water entering into play on 15 of the 18 holes. The Oliva Nova Golf course offers all golf players a wide variety of play. A great challenge to all players’ quoting the words of Severiano Ballesteros. Oliva Nova has been the host to the Peugeot Oki Spanish National Championship in 4 occasions and is constantly celebrating different types of golf championships of great prestige. Miguel Angel Jimenez currently holds the golf course record, when he completed the 18 holes in January 1999 while he was playing the Peugeot Oki Spanish National Championship with 63 strokes (9 under par).
