Luxury Villa in prestigious Gran Sol location

The villa is beautifully located on a quiet complex of 15 villas, with landscaped gardens and large shared swimming pool which is conveniently situated adjacent to the property. Downstairs - fully equipped luxury kitchen, large lounge/dining room - air conditioned. Two twin-bedded rooms and bathroom. On the first floor there is a large double bedded room with large sun terrace affording sea views, and beautifully appointed en=suite bathroom, with fitted furniture. For visitors during the winter months, on the occasional chilly night, full gas central heating is installed. The property has been fitted and furnished to a very high standard, each room has a ceiling fan fitted to give you the colonial feel as well as being of practical value on a beautiful warm Spanish night.There is a large patio area downstairs where you can while away the hours with a glass of wine in a very peaceful setting! There is private parking for at least two vehicles with additional parking areas.

The area surrounding the villa comprises mainly olive and fig groves , there is an uninterrupted view down the valley to Calpe and the sea. It is a lovely location, very quiet, and with very little traffic using the nearby road. It is situated in a purely residential area, with no high rise or commercial buildings. It is ideally situated for getting to the nearby resorts of Calpe and Moraira, with numerous bars and restaurants dotted along the coastal road. There is a nearby small beach at La Fustera, within walking distance, and the blue flag beaches of Calpe are a ten minute drive away from the property. The property is in an ideal location to the local roads, offering access to Javea, Denia and Valencia to the north, and Benidorm and Alicante to the south. It is only 20 minutes drive away to the Universal Studios Theme Park and Mundomar and Aqualandia water park. You can book tickets in Calpe for all the major attractions, particularly Benidorm Palace.

  • The double bedroom is situated on the first floor, with two twin-bedded rooms on the ground floor. All the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and are tastefully furnished. They are centrally heated and have wind down shutters affording extra privacy and coolness.

Notes:

The property is particularly suitable for families and elderly relatives, as there are two twin-bedded rooms on the ground floor, with bathroom adjacent. Also, as the property is the nearest to the adjacent swimming pool, it is only a few feet to gain access to that area and back again. There are showers situated adjacent to the swimming pool together with lighting and landscaped gardens, affording a very tranquil scene in the evening, ideal for a poolside get-together for the whole family. The kitchen has everything you require, with high quality white goods, and a washing machine is installed in a special area at rear of the property. The bungalow has it's own area to the side for parking, but there is also an additional area on the small complex which is gated and electrically operated, with a telephone situated inside the bungalow for access.

Further details for the villa in Calpe, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain

The bungalow was completed in January 2006 to a very high specification. It is situated on a small complex of only fifteen detached properties, in a small valley surrounded by olive trees and in a quiet residential location. There is very little traffic in the vicinity, but there is direct access to the coast road where you can get to Calpe, Benidorm, Alicante to the south, and Moraira, Javea, Denia and Valencia to the north. There are numerous cafes and restaurants dotted along the coast road and Calpe itself has two award winning blue flag beaches. Calpe's famous landmark is the Penon de Ifach. there are numerous attractions to visit, Guadalest in the mountains is a lovely place to go for a day and the nearby waterfalls at Algar, take a picnic! Also a short drive away is the beautiful Jalon Valley, in the springtime all the trees are covered in almond blossom. Benidorm is only 20 minutes away with all it's theme parks, and other entertainment.

The nearest resort is Calpe, a few minutes drive away. It is an extremely interesting town with the bottom half comprising a blue flag beach and numerous cafes dotted along the promenade. The shops are of high quality selling everything you could possibly require, and you could spend a day there. In the evenings, the dining is superb, especially in the old quarter, which is resplendent with it's medieval fortifications and churches. There is a real Spanish flavour to the 'old quarter' don't miss the 'Spanish steps'! We can recommend quite a few restaurants from personal experience! Golf Information:

There are several golf courses situated in the surrounding area, and just about 15 minutes from the bungalow.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Villa Angelita. Beautiful views down the valley towards Calpe from the sun terrace, quiet location but all your needs catered for within a short distance. Lovely villa with all the home comforts with the addition of a very pleasant outside eating area. The beautiful pool is adjacent to the villa with an excellent patio area around it, had great difficulty coaxing my grand-daughter away from it. Lots of places to visit,lovely beaches, beautiful marinas and Calpe what a lovely place. A visit to the Alga waterfalls is a must, also the views from Guadalest are truly breathtaking. Would definately return to this area again and hopefully would be able to use the same villa.
