3 twin bedded rooms. 1 ensuite shower. 1 bathroom sleeps 6 (plus travel cot)

Our bungalow has 3 twin bedded rooms (plus travel cot and additional air bed), one en suite with shower and toilet. It has an enclosed front porch, a rooftop terrace (Sun from dawn to dusk) and conservatory. It is fully equipped for 6 people, plus there is also a travel cot in the property. Air conditioning which blow hot or cold is fit in the lounge and two of the bedrooms (an optional extra at 35 euros per week), plus there are ceiling fans and plug in fans. Also to cater for young children, we have a highchair and pram. We have cable TV, DVD player and have extra security doors and a safe is provided. Bedding and house towels are provided. Communal swimming pool 100 meters. Beaches about 5 minutes drive. Sun lounger's are supplied.

La Marina is situated 20 minutes from Alicante airport. It is 5 minutes drive to the famous La Marina beaches. There are several golf courses within an hours drive, the nearest being at Rojales (5 miles). It is on the outer area of an urbanization The area has several bars, restaurants, banks, shops etc. Many of the properties are occupied by full time residents so consequently it is not a noisy, rowdy area. There are 2 communal swimming pools only available to residents and visitors within 2 minutes walk of the property. There are bars and restaurants about 10 minutes walk away. Car hire is recommended but there is a regular bus service from the commercial centre to many villages and towns.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to the departure date. Discounts given for long lets - minimum stay, 4 weeks. Rates include gas, electricity and water. Rates include cleaning at the end of your stay. A small damage deposit of £50 is requested, fully refundable on departure. Due to an increase in running costs, air conditioning is charged at 35 euros per week paid locally - this is optional.

stayed at the place twice now really nice , a short walk to all the bars and amenaties and pool, not far from the beach, also 10 mins from guadamar a lovely little spanish town with good market and plenty of resturants
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

This was our third stay in this lovely property. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Three visits in a year, need I say more. Go on book it!
