2 bedrooms, great roof solarium and very close to amenities

This tastefully furnished and spacious bungalow is in the quiet and pretty residential urbanization of Campo-mar, in the popular resort of La Zenia and near to all local amenities. Entrance is via a small sun terrace with driveway space for one car. The lounge has 2 comfortable settees and dining table with 4 place settings.The well equipped kitchen has hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and there is a utility room leading off housing the washing machine. The family bathroom has full bath with overhead shower. For those who like to dine al fresco there is a gas bbq on the private roof solarium where the sun shines all day. For your comfort there is air conditioning in the lounge and double bedroom and a ceiling fan in the twin bedroom and an English satellite tv system is also installed for your entertainment. There are tables, chairs and sunbeds for you to relax and soak up our Spanish sunshine. An alarm is fitted for security.

La Zenia is within walking distance of all local amenities with its large Consum supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. There are numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa all have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality and the beautiful beach of La Zenia is approx 10mns walking distance as is the popular Orihuela Costa Resort with its swimming pool and good eating facilities. Cabo Roig which provides a vibrant night-life with many bars and restaurants providing family entertainment is a few minutes drive away as is the beautiful Villamartin Plaza. A water park and a go-kart track are a short driving distance away as is the main town of Torrevieja with its lovely harbour and large shopping centre. A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come for family entertainment and to play golf.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 50 euros to pay on your arrival.
  • Long term - during the low season long term stay is available, please enquire for rate and availability.
  • Support service:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment also on request.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to the beautiful beaches of La Zenia. The beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante and Cala Capitan are just a little further along the coastline.

The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:: Airports: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away.

Airlines: Monarch/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2 and more offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports.

Transfers: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:: Car hire: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire.

Taxis: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service during you stay.

Golf:

Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future. Should you choose to progress with a booking and are interested in booking golf we can send you further information.

My wife and I have been visiting this area for the last 14 years and were very pleased with this accomodation which would comfortably fit 4 people. A peaceful area but with all the facilities close to hand.
Ideally suited for the beach, a short walk away and three championship golf couses within 10 minutes drive.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: This is a pretty urbanization, quite peaceful and ideally located within easy reach of many amenities. Would suit couples and holidaymakers looking for a restful holiday.

Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

We returned from a fantastic break on 29 May 2010. The bungalow was extremely comfortable, clean and within a few minutes walk from three large supermarkets. We found it had everything we needed, including British TV. The bungalow is on a small, quiet urbanisation, which is only a short walk to beautiful La Zenia beach. Gena and Kevin ensured that everything was arranged for us and when we encountered a problem with our freezer, Gena sprung into action and within a few hours we had a brand new freezer installed. Gena is definitely one of the best property mangers we have encountered. We will certainly be visiting this property again or one of the other properties managed by Gena, as you cannot put a price on good service.

great roof terrace

We have just returned from a very relaxing week in the bungalow,which is just as the pictures show it is very clean and comfortable.All the amenities are close to hand ie bars,restaraunts and supermarkets and the beach is a 10 min walk.
The roof terrace is very large and a great place to be at night.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

Campo Mar La Zenia

We have just returned from a very restful week in the bungalow,it is very well equipped with everything we needed,the terrace has the sun all day long and its a nice place to be 2.30am too.All the bars and restaraunts are within walking distance as is the beach,Alexandrojs is a nice place to eat and Gogartys do a nice Calypso night cap.I would recommend this villa,only one little gripe a ceiling fan would be welcome in the main bedroom.
