This tastefully furnished and spacious bungalow is in the quiet and pretty residential urbanization of Campo-mar in the popular resort of La Zenia. Entrance is via a small sun terrace with driveway with space for one car. The lounge and dining room has 2 comfortable settees, dining table with 4 place settings. A British TV satellite system, air conditioning and ceiling fan are nstalled for your comfort and entertainment. The well equipped kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and there is a utility room leading off which houses the washing machine. Both the double and twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the twin has a ceiling fan. The family bathroom has full bath with overhead shower. A flight of stairs from a small terrace off the kitchen leads to the roof solarium where the sun shines the entire day. There are tables, chairs and sunbeds for you to relax, sunbathe and dine al fresco.

La Zenia is within walking distance of all local amenities with its large Consum supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. There are numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa all have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality and the beautiful beach of La Zenia is approx 10mns walking distance as is the popular Orihuela Costa Resort with its swimming pool and good eating facilities. Cabo Roig which provides a vibrant nightlife with many bars and restaurants providing family entertainment is a few minutes drive away as is the beautiful Villamartin Plaza. A water park and a go-kart track are a short driving distance away as is the main town of Torrevieja with its lovely harbour and large shopping centre. A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come for family entertainment and to play golf.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 50 euros to pay on your arrival.
  • Long term - during the low season long term stay is available, please enquire for rate and availability
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment also on request.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to the beautiful beach of La Zenia. The beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante and Cala Capitan are just a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:: CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service during you stay.

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future. My wife and I have been visiting this area for the last 14 years and were very pleased with this accomodation which would comfortably fit 4 people. A peaceful area but with all the facilities close to hand.
Ideally suited for the beach, a short walk away and three championship golf couses within 10 minutes drive.
Owner's Response: This is a pretty urbanization, quite peaceful and ideally located within easy reach of many amenities. Would suit couples and holidaymakers looking for a restful holiday.

We have just returned from a very relaxing week in the bungalow,which is just as the pictures show it is very clean and comfortable.All the amenities are close to hand ie bars,restaraunts and supermarkets and the beach is a 10 min walk.
The roof terrace is very large and a great place to be at night.

We have just returned from a very restful week in the bungalow,it is very well equipped with everything we needed,the terrace has the sun all day long and its a nice place to be 2.30am too.All the bars and restaraunts are within walking distance as is the beach,Alexandrojs is a nice place to eat and Gogartys do a nice Calypso night cap.I would recommend this villa,only one little gripe a ceiling fan would be welcome in the main bedroom.

Arrived at the property and found it very clean an acceccable to the area.

Lady (Gena) met us and was very helpful throughout our stay - Even altough we lost a set of keys (found on inside of door) - locksmitth required !
