This charming bungalow is set in a quiet, elevated location on a small, exclusive community with beautiful well established gardens and stunning coastal views. There is a large garden patio area to the front of the property for relaxing or dining al fresco and a small balcony to the rear. The property is well equipped and attractively furnished. It has a split level lounge with sea and mountain views and a separate modern kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There are 2 double bedrooms-one with sink and vanity unit. It also has a stylish bathroom with sink unit and shower. There is a large, beautiful community pool with toilets, showers and barbeque area. The property is only a short distance (five minute drive) from Moraira with its smart shops, bars, restaurants, marina and family-friendly beaches. This is the ideal place for a quiet, relaxing holiday for couples or small family.

Once a fishing village, Moraira is now a smart, proud town with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large marina and family-friendly beaches with many facilities. A short distance from the town lies El Portet, a charming, horse-shoe bay with beach bars. Generally, this region is less populated than the resorts down the coast and offers a more peaceful holidaying option. There are many interesting places to visit including the larger towns of Javea, Denia, Calpe and Altea. Within an hours drive are attractions such as the water parks and theme parks at Benidorm, the Safari Park at Pego and stunning scenery and caves inland.

We stayed in the apartment in Oct 09 and had a fantastic stay. The view from the lounge window was stunning. Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Very local to Moraira about 5 mins drive for plenty of shops restaurants. El Portet is just a short drive away and is a beautiful safe sandy cove ideal for sunbathing and soaking up the sun.Will definitely be returning for another stay.

Whichever entrance you use to the Finca there are several short flights of steps to negotiate, so not for those who have difficulty with stairs. Having said that the property is excellant and the view from the Big Picture window at the end of the living room is spetacular. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the property overall is very comfortable. The neighbours in ajoining properties are long term residents and we found them friendly and helpful as were the people who look after the property for the owner.
There are several supermarkets nearby and Moraira itself is a delight particularly the Playa of El Portet. Would we stay there again? Definately, David thankyou for letting us use your delightful house.
