A more 'traditional' style Spanish property with a spacious welcoming feel. It is well furnished and is complete with it’s own garden, enclosed patio and private roof terrace - ideal for BBQ´s whilst enjoying views over the golf course & pools as well as relaxing via table + chairs & sun lounger’s. This property is situated right alongside communal swimming pool (in fact 15 paces from door to waterside)! Separate dining room/conservatory area leads into lounge area with full digital /Sky TV package - seating includes chairs & sofa/bed to accommodate 5/6 people max. American style kitchen, with separate utility room. Modern bathroom with bath/shower. Both bedrooms are twin bedded, with one of the bedrooms having additional sink/washbasin. The property & area has proved very popular with couples, families and golfing parties alike and can also be considered suitable for the elderly, or the not so active. Reduced winter rates for long-term rental.

Nearest Airport: Murcia (or Alicante) at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres

The property is situated in a good, fully matured area of Villamatin (Verdemar 4). Villamartin itself is 10 mins. south of Torrevieja. Distance from Alicante airport is approx. 45 mins and from Murcia airport approx. 25 mins - and is easy to find with nearby motorway link. The property is within walking distance of nearby Los Dolses commercial centre with bars, restaurants & supermarket etc - as well as local Spanish pool bar and other supermarkets & bars/restaurants, banks etc. Nearest sandy beach is just 5 min drive - whilst other fabulous beaches dotted all along this coastline. Choice of bars/restaurants in abundance in this region. This area of Costa Blance & Villamartin etc are very much orientated towards English & European families - whilst neighbouring Costa Calida just 15 min drive is more Spanish orientated for those to wish to explore further afield or practice their Spanish.

  • Dates fully flexible - however, Sat-Sat booking is preferred during July & Aug. Min. 3 night stay - 10 day rentals also accommodated (depending on time of year).
  • Local agent on hand who can also arrange hire car, airport transfers and baby hire equipment.

Golfers Paradise:: Property is central (within 5 minutes) to Villamartin, Campamor, Las Ramblas. La Finca, La Marquesa & Torrepacho are approx. 15 mins drive. Further courses opening all the time in neighbouring Murcia region and approx. 30 min drive - including La Manga.

Nearest Beach:: La Zenia - approx. 5 min drive from property. Large sandy bay with beach side (peak season) bars and year round large restaurant. Life guards and disabled facilities available (peak season). However, dotted right along this coastline are further fabulous sandy beaches, or rocky coves - which equally the children or adults enjoy exploring! Nearby beach at Pilar de la Horadada has large, anchored inflatable rides (peak season)

Other Activities: Water park, go-karting, horse-riding, shopping mall all closeby

May06 - Pinch family: The location of the villa was superb. Close to the restaurants, and a very good, large supermarket very near by. The villa itself was very well equipped, with every amenity. The pool adjacent to it and gardens surrounding the pool are both fantastic. I have already recommended it to friends and would consider it suitable for all ages, whether you have young children or are retired. Claire was as obliging as always, waiting for us when we arrived, at the end of her mobile phone when we had a query, and there on time when we were ready to vacate at the end of our stay. We have already provisionally booked for next year. I think that says it all!
Aug06 - The Broughtons: We all had a great time thanks. Property and pool lived up to all our expectations. It was so great BBQing on the roof terrace up there in the evening . All the other owners and guests were really friendly and gave the place a great informal atmosphere

Some friends and i stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The bungalow was very pleasant, well maintained and well equipped. At night the area was very quiet and during the day we had the pool almost to ourselves. In the evening the Villa Martin Plaza was very pleasant and took about a 15 min walk across the golf course, and was only a 7Euro taxi ride home. The supermarket was only a 10min walk away and very well stocked.
All in all a very pleasant short break was had by all and we will definantly be thinking of going there again.
The owners are very pleasant and accomodating and i would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday where restaurants are within walking distance and you enjoy some peace and quiet

Lovely bungalow in a excellent area,clean and with every facility you will need for a self catering holiday.Villamartin plaza is around 15 mins walk where you will find good quality restaurants at reasonable prices.Closer by is Los Dolses commercial centre (5 mins walk) which also has eating places and bars (but not as nice as villamartin plaza).
The bungalow has a large sun terrace which has views over the golf course.It is in a quite area with no noise at night and is very peacefull,maybe too quite for younger ones.
I would definately go back and found the owners very pleasant to deal with and had no problems at all.
