A beautiful 3 bedroomed villa in the prestigious La Sella complex near to the Marriot Golf. On one level, the villa has an open plan kitchen with lounge. From the lounge, patio doors lead onto the part shaded terrace overlooking the pool and with views of the Montgo mountain and to the sea. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, and the other two bedrooms share a shower room. The garden is enclosed with gate, and there is a built in BBQ area. Steps down lead onto the terrace and pool, 8 x 4m2. On this level there is a utility room with washing machine. The house has air con, a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A fabulous family holiday home, with easy access to the airport (80 kilometres), shops, beaches, etc.

Only 35 kilometres down the motorway and you could be enjoying the many and varied delights to be had in Benidorm with its huge water park, theme park and animal kingdom by day, or world class entertainment in Benidorm Palace or the Villajoyosa Casino by night.
