Notes to the rental rates

• Prices include bed linen, hair dryers and Towels.
  a small holding deposit and 50% deposit in January and the balance 2 months in advance to your holiday.
  Return coach transfers from the airport arranged. (please ask for price)........
  We arrange car hire.
  Pool/Beach towels can be rented for 5 Euro per week.
  Cot and high chairs, play pen?s can be hired. Security deposit From 900 pounds
  
• Security deposit from £900 is required one week in advance and will be returned less any damages or breakages one week after departure.
  College students, Hen's, stag parties considered out of season, with higher security deposit.
  In the months of July and August a minimum of 2 weeks booking only, accepted. One week bookings out of season carry a extra £100 surcharge for a full clean

Our holiday started from when we arrived at the villa.It was night time and villa was lit up and it reminded me of Dallas! had a wonderful holiday and the accommodation was even better than we had imagined.19 of us met up for a reunion.It was perfect for us the pool areas were lovely,we r booked for next year.Jay 2008. We love Javea it's brilliant for beaches and night life! there was 21 of us all university students and we loved everything about the villa. The supermarket is just across the road.Have a car if you like lots of booze! as it's a bit heavy to carry. The swimming pools are lovely and nice having covered areas with Pool table and table ten . the Palm trees are an added Bonus if you fancy shade. We walked almost everywhere. 2 excursions we did in the mini bus with Adrian (our allocated driver)Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia Water Park, Brilliant days out. We would highly recommend the villa complex, very clean,spacious modern, quiet and close to everywhere.Sophie Bax

We have just got home may 25th! to raining UK! We had the most fantastic holiday. This complex is so spacious you get lost. It has hotel standards even to the hand wash in every shower room.We BBQ nearly every night. Although the home cinema room is great we didn't use it much as the weather was brilliant. We all had suntans.We like the beach very much, very picturesque and safe for children as it has a very shallow entrance for quite some time. The restaurants was great as were the bars. I could rave about this holiday to everyone.Oh and you have nobody else at the villa only the gardener and pool cleaner! We have already booked for next year at the end of may into June this time. I hope all those that follow us have a great time. i must finish with thanking the owner though as she was so helpful arranging our collection and making sure that everything was ready for us. Thanks Lorraine. 18 of us stayed at easter and we had a blast, we swam! and ate far too much, beautiful.

Sharon , I had to e mail you and let you know what a fantastic villa you have, we had a ball. My mum loved the bottle of bubbly that you left for her 60th Birthday. We are trying to find a reason to come back next year, anyone got a celebration, ha ha. When I get married I would love to have Palm View as my background. Golf Information:

Come and stay for a weeks Golfing holiday. We can bring in caterers for Breakfast , and dinner, also daily maid service with change of bed linen every day. these extras do have surcharges so please ask . We have many golf clubs now , the best nearest one being, La Sella, which is an 18 hole golf course next door to the Marriott hotel Denia and golfing Oliva Nova in Oliva approx 20 and 35 min's drive..
