This newly built 2 bed/ 2 bath luxury property sleeps up to six & is beautifully decorated and is air conditioned. The pool can be viewed from the lower balcony and the top floor solarium. With an average 300 days sunshine per year and a mere 30 minutes from Alicante airport, it is an ideal short break holiday or golfing location. Mountain views and the courtyard pool can be viewed from the stunning roof terrace which has sun beds, BBQ and table & chairs for 6. In addition there is a smaller balcony outside the lounge area overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens. A fantastic choice of additional golf courses, restaurants and shops are only 15 minutes away. HIstorical towns and pretty villages are within a 30 minute reach, with La Manga a 40 minute drive.

Situated on La Finca, one of Spain’s most prestigious golf courses, on the southern Costa Blanca and only 20 minutes for the coast you can rent this luxury newly built two bed / two bathroom apartment. The apartment can sleep up to six and is beautifully decorated with a shared pool, which can be viewed from the apartment’s top floor solarium. With an average 300 days sunshine and a mere 30 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, this makes it an ideal short break holiday location. There are lots of wide sandy beaches in local reach, such as Guardamar and many other prestigious golf clubs- Campomar, Villa Martin and Las Ramblas. The famous spa town of Mar Menor is only 30 minutes away and La Manga only a 45 minute drive. Alicanta, Murcia (45 minutes) are of historical interest and Valencia can be reached by train from Alicante in just an hour and a half.

The Golf:: The apartment is situated within the golf complex. La Finca is one of Costa Blanca's premier golf clubs. Established in 2001, this 18 hole par 74 golf course was designed by Jose Gancedo. It is highly rated by the leading golf web sites and magazines. Facilities include: pitching green, putting green, driving range, restaurant, buggy hire, clubhouse, changing rooms, showers, club rental, pro shop, tuition. Handicap restriction: 28 Men, 36 Ladies. Reduced rates for Course Master clients. A luxury Marriott hotel with Spa, gourmet restaurants and tennis facilities will be completed in 2007. There are 3 other prestigious courses nearby- Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campomar, with La Manga only a 40 minute drive.

Location: The extraordinary climate in this part of Costa Blanca assures you more than 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of between 18 degrees to 20 degrees centigrade. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy not only the numerous golden sandy beaches but also the other numerous outdoor activities that are available. For example, between Torrevieja and Playas de Orihuela there are for example 5 marinas, 4 18 hole golf courses and two water parks. The local scenery is incomparable and this little corner of paradise is only 30 minutes away from Alicante and San Javier airports.

Lovely apartment on a lovely urbanisation. Spotlessly clean and absolutely very thing we needed.

Very quiet and a few restauarants and bars close by and a small supermarket which to be fair wasn't that much more expensive than the bigger supermarkets. Our only fault with the complex is that we could only eat in 1 restaurant. The rest where upstairs and the lift doesn't work, not ideal for wheelchair users.

I personally would recommend you hire a car but in no way does this detract from this acomodation. I would recommend to anyone. Many thanks.

La Finca apartment

My family have stayed in this aparment twice (July 2007 and February 2008) and have been happy on both occasions.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard , the area is peaceful, clean and pleasant and the large communal swimming pool can be seen from the balcony of the apartment.

I would recommend having a car to explore the restaurants, shopping centres, beaches and other towns, but car hire is very cheap. The nearby Spanish school was another reason for returning as my children have benefited enormously from the Spanish lessons.

The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating and I look forward to a return visit later in the year.

Excellent stay in La Finca

My husband and I and our two teenage daughters stayed for two weeks in this apartment and were very impressed with the apartment facilities and the surrounding area.

The apartment was furnished to a high standard had everything we needed to provide a "home from home" feel and the location was ideal to explore the surrounding area, with only a short drive to the beach and local town and a swimming pool and gardens to relax in if you don't want to go out.

I would recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to explore this coastline, and have peaceful and relaxing accommodation to return to.

A lovely apartment with excellent amenities. The property was very well presented and maintained. There are very good restaurants nearby as well as bars. Would advise having a car as there are a number of beaches etc. which are within a comfortable driving distance. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.
