Our first-floor apartment has stunning views from its balcony. IDEAL FOR AN 'OUT OF SEASON' STAY, it overlooks Campoamor, La Manga Spit and three magnificent swimming pools, one of which is available for use by our guests. The position affords a view in excess of 180 degrees; sparkling by day and dazzling by night. Facilities include Satellite T.V. incorporating Sky Sports 1,2 and 3. The apartment block, with its own on-site parking, opened in November, 2002, offers its own bar overlooking the sea. The championship golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within a 5-minute drive. La Manga peninsula and the Mar Menor are 45 minutes away. Nearby facilities: restaurants, bars, supermarkets(Including 24 hour), shops, banks, Internet cafes - all within easy walking distance. A brand new Health-Centre, which also deals with emergencies, is located opposite the rear of the apartment building. Airports: Alicante - 40 min; Murcia - 15 min.

Golf: Useful information for golfers: If you are intending to play golf, it is advisable to book your round well in advance, especially during peak periods. 'It has wonderful views, an excellent location and is very well equipped. It was also very pleasing to find that the apartment has extra locking on the door, security grills and a safe - as it provides peace of mind when going out.'

'The facilities within the apartment were all first class and this all helped to make our stay a very pleasant one indeed.'

'The views are spectacular and with airconditioning in the apartment it was a great comfort'.

'The apartment was great, very well equipped. We all had a fantastic time. It's the little things that made the difference - ice packs in the fridge, cool bags, selection of videos.'

'We felt that you had thought of everything and there were several nice touches, i.e. games, sewing kit and hairdryer, etc.'

Lovely but can be noisy

A very well maintained and nice apartment. The only down side is its closeness (right above - as it is on 1st floor) one restaurant and one bar which can make it noisy , infact the bar was on two of the nights we stayed there open until 2.00am and was very noisy with loud music right up until that time. The restaurant underneath although was very good and would recommend it to anyone to eat there. Location excellent but it should be noted that the walk down to beach involves a lot of steps.

A clean, well appointed apartment on the first floor with easy access via lift. Great views from balcony out to sea with all the local eating and entertainment venues within a very short walking distance. Nice pool area. Had a very enjoyble week and can fully recomend the apatrment to anyone.
Nice restaraunt actually part of complex easy for breakfast etc.
Only downside on my visit was no television or radio service but this was due to a local transmitter problem and not the owners fault.
