Large two bedroom, second floor apartment situated in a peaceful residential area (Los Almendros) on the grounds of Campoamor Golf complex. Free-standing air conditioning unit now in the apartment. Villamartin and Las Ramblas Golf Courses are nearby. The apartment is ideal for golfers, couples and families (there is a lift in the building so don't worry about carrying the golf bags and suitcases!). There is a communal pool beside the building with sun lounging area. This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike with beaches, watersports, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. Large supermarket, banks and bar all within two to three minutes walk.

The nearest bat is just a stroll of 2 or 3 minutes from the apartment. Within a few minutes drive there are plenty of other bars for that pre and after dinner drink with some offering nightly entertainment. The Villa Martin Plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square which contains a wonderful selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and is a must-see for all visitors to the area. Many of the local towns host regular country markets, and these are always well worth a visit. Campoamor is serviced by the two International Airports at Alicante and Murcia (San Javier). Both airports are less than an hour's drive from the apartment.

Autumn, Winter and Spring are high golf season at Campoamor. The course, surrounded by small hillocks which protect it from the wind, enjoys a special microclimate which allows the playing of golf all year round. The Club House is considered to be one of the finest in Spain. It includes a Golf Shop, Restaurant, Cafe and Lounge. The excellent Restaurant has an International Chef to offer top class cuisine to its clients.
