Notes to the rental rates

• There are NO extra cleaning charges - the rate is what you pay. However cleaning and linen changes during your stay can be arranged at an extra cost but there are cleaning and washing facilities available in the apartment. There is a security/damages bond of £50 or 70 Euros required which is returnable on receipt of keys at the end of your stay.
  £50 or 70 Euros deposit is required on booking and the full balance payable 6 weeks before departure.
  Airport transport to and from the apartment can be arranged at a reasonable cost and the use of a taxi service during your stay is available from the key holding agency. If you are renting a car full directions from both Murcia and Alicante Airports are provided. Arrival/departure times flexible depending on other guests.
  Long term rental is also offered at 450 Euros per month including water and electricity.

Local Facilities

The area caters for all - there are many beautiful local beaches all within a short drive and are all cleaned every day. For eating out everyone is spoilt for choice with the many bars and restaurants serving Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian and English. There is a Go-Kart centre a few minutes away, horse riding at 'The Ranch'. Golf is available on a choice of three top class golf courses all within a few minutes drive from the apartment and all with reasonable green fees, The Ramblas, Campoamar and Villa Martin famous for hosting the Spanish Open in 2000 and known as the best course in the Costa Blanca. All courses offer golf clubs and buggies for hire and a proper dress code is required.

Shopping

Shoppers will not be disappointed! There are two large modern shopping complexes with both English and Spanish shops and various restaurants, one on the road to Torrevieja near the hypermarket 'Carrefour' and another towards Murcia Airport. There are many local markets held on different days - the local one on a Saturday morning in Playa Flamenca is very popular (make sure you have plenty of time!). A new centre has recently opened on site near the apartment including an 'Aldi' supermarket and restaurants. There are many supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and specialist shops all within a short drive from the apartment.

In Torrevieja - about 15 minutes drive away - there is Ten-Pin Bowling and a waterpark. At night there is a craft market along the seafront and on a Friday a large market (popular for it's fruit and veg! - there are also some good leather shoe stalls!!) At San Pedro there is Cinema showing English films!
