GOLFING BREAKS :
From Nov-May, ideal time for golfing. The apartment is available for short breaks Mon-Fri or Fri-Mon at £275 for a party of 5/6 people inclusive. (This does not include Xmas, New Year and school holidays). Underground car parking and golf club storage available.
NOTES ON BOOKING:
A £100 non -refundable deposit is due for EACH WEEK BOOKED is required to secure reservation, with balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. An additional £150 refundable security deposit is also required at this time. Rates include electricity, water and gas. All linen and towels included (excluding beach/pool towels).
