Denia holiday apartment: Resort La Sella

We were so impressed with the accomodation we've visited twice in the last 3 years. The apartment earns it's luxury tag with high end facilities, appliances and fixtures/fittings, and it comes at a value for money price that we've found very difficult to beat elsewhere. Having spent many years visiting the balearic island we found mainland Spain a pleasant surprise, with it's easy to access new motorway network along the coast there is little to stop you travelling far and wide.

The apartment setting is something to behold with its terraced views across the Denia coast line and LaSella Golf course, with every bedroom and the living room overlooking the terrace! The apartment layout caters for multiple couples and families alike with it's 2 bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The pool is big enough to give everyone space to do their own thing, late summer it was almost deserted and felt like our own for long spells.

Local facilities are limited but essentials are within walking distance. Tennis and horse riding aside there is little else to occupy children who become bored with the pool. That said the Tennis club caters for everyone from beginner to professional with it's astro and clay courts just about a minutes walk away.

Consider a car a must, the fantastic views are the result of a 5 minute drive up the hillside and with restaurants in short supply you will need to travel outside the La Sella resort. The beaches are fantastic 15 minutes North along the coast, and whilst I wouldn't consider Denia a picture post card location it does have a certain charm with it's marina, side streets, restaurants and market stalls.

All in all you will not fail to be impressed with the location, as a residential self contained low rise block of apartments you will feel very secure with a lot of privacy and splendid views.

You will find the owners particulary friendly and genuinely interested in ensuring everything goes very smoothly prior to and during your stay...an element that can't be overstated with a private transaction of this nature. You should therefore take comfort in the knowledge that everything will be exactly as described in the web site literature.
