This is a fabulous apartment, situated on the exclusive La Sella golf course. The apartment is beautifully equipped & fully air conditioned with the latest 'Daikin' hot & cold system ensuring perfect comfort all year. The large balcony overlooks the swimming pool & has beautiful views of Mount Montgo.The apartment has 2 large bedrooms & 1 bathroom. The large living area contains 3 & 2 seat sofas, coffee table & dining table & chairs. The huge balcony has a lovely dining table & 4 chairs, 2 loungers and 2 beach chairs. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD, satellite system, stereo. This exclusive complex has its own shops, bars & restaurant. There is horse-riding & tennis. The 5* Marriot Hotel & Spa with all its wonderful facilities is a few minutes away. Denia & the beach are 10 minutes drive. Denia is a lovely town with good shopping areas & many fine restaurants. The beach is perfect & hosts all kinds of water sports.

La Sella is situated only minutes away from the AP7 motorway (exit 62) and the National 332 main road, but when you enter the exclusive location in the Montgo National Park all you can hear is the peace and quiet. The main town, Denia, is 10 minutes drive away and has a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Denia has fast ferry services to Ibiza and Majorca. Denia beach is wonderful with all the water sports you would expect. Within easy driving distance are the resort towns of Javea, Moraira and Calpe. A 30 minute drive could take you to Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm, the Safari Park at Vergel and Aqualandia. The cities of Valencia and Alicante are worth a visit. The region is renowned for its many fiestas held throughout the year. All the local towns have large market days during the week, very colourful and cheap.

This is a lovely appartment with all you need for a relaxing break. It is very well equipped and in lovely condition. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is for you.
