Our apartment is wonderfully located just a short 200 yard stroll to a beautiful, 8 km long sandy beach which is an EU Blue Flag & Red Cross beach. An excellent supermarket is just around the corner, with fresh bakery & butcher. A variety of bars & restaurants are within strolling distance. The two golf courses of La Sella & Oliva Nova Golf are only a short drive away. A 5 minute drive takes you to the historic town of Denia with its 16th century castle and the imposing backdrop of the Montgo mountain. Relax in the many bars & restaurants to be found along the harbour & marina areas as well as the main town. Explore the interesting streets where the shopping is excellent. The area provides the opportunity for seasonal watersports, boat trips, tennis, horse riding, quad biking and many other activities. Family thrills can be found just down the coast at Terra Mitica, Terra Natura & the Aquapark.

  • We accept payment in sterling & Euros. During the high season months of June to September, Saturday is the changeover day. We will do our best to accommodate other changeover days, outside of these months, but this cannot be guaranteed. We will consider bookings for period of up to 6 weeks. For 4th & 5th persons staying, one extra charge only of £25/E35 will be made (not per person).
  • There is a refundable security deposit of £75 / 110 Euros. The rental includes all linen and towels, beginning and departure cleaning, use of air-conditioning and all utility charges. Mid-term clean and linen changes can be arranged at an extra cost.

Notes: A ground floor, attractive apartment that is well-furnished and comfortable, including those 'little extras' to enhance your stay (footstool in the living room, china teapot, etc)! Full air conditioning & hot air heating are free of charge. The separate kitchen is very well equipped, including a large fridge to keep all your drinks cool. We have a very large terrace, part covered, part sunny. The grounds are beautifully maintained & include a large pool & separate, large kids pool. The complex is enclosed with security gates and the apartment has its own, numbered, covered parking space.
