Fabulous Beaches:
Year after year, the beaches of Dénia have been awarded the Blue Flag of Europe. The beach at Oliva Nova is quiet and uncrowded, unlike many beaches in Spain where everybody seems to be on top of one another. Whether you want to relax in the sun and not be disturbed or want your kids to run around and play where its easy to keep and eye on them, this beach is a haven.
Better still, from the apartment it is little more than a minute's level stroll to the beach - great if you have kids and need to carry tons of paraphernalia that goes along with being a parent. The proximity of the apartment means it ideal to pop back for lunch or have a break from the sun.
During the summer the hotel runs a pretty bar on the beach which is open late into the night where you can sit under tropical shades and enjoy the view.

Golf:
Oliva Nova is a links-style Par 72/6270m PGA Championship course designed by Seve Ballesteros. The course is highly appreciated by professional golfers throughout Europe for its top class golf and exclusive residential atmosphere. Water hazards are a predominant feature on many holes. Fast undulating greens and well protected bunkers add to the challenge. When the on shore winds come up you will need all your skills. This is an excellent club golfers’ course - flat, easy to get around and fair. There are often several ways to play each hole - a factor attributed to the course’s enigmatic designer. There are 15 Par 72 golf courses within ninety minutes of the apartment, some of which have been rated as “the Best in Spain.” Whatever your handicap, there is a course which will challenge your skills and improve your game.
