Luxury Family Apartment in La Zenia, 200m to two Blue Flag Beaches
This superbly located apartment is ideal for all the requirements of an enjoyable Spanish holiday. Be it for golf (three courses within 10 min drive) or the beach and family the location is ideal because so much is close by. Just over the road is a great value Spanish supermarket with variety of wines and spirits, fresh food and veg and all your household needs, other supermarkets are within walking distance. Also within this area are banks and cash points, a chemist and a range of excellent bars and restaurants and a taxi rank for any longer journeys. The main bus route with regular services either north to the charming town of Torrevieja ( just 10 mins ) or south along the coast toward Cartagena (via La Manga) is just a 2 minute walk away so you do not need a car to explore the area. Two lovely beaches are just 200 metres away and if you need a quicker dip to cool off, the swimming pool with exclusive use for the apartment complex's residents is 10 metres away.

Situated in the prime area of La Zenia (close to Torrevieja), within 200m of two Blue Flag beaches and 2 minutes walking distance of a large range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants - the apartment is ideally located to access all the amenities you will need for a great holiday without the need to hire a car (except access to Golf). 20 mins from San Javier (Murcia) airport and 40mins from Alicante airport, both of which are both served by low cost airlines all year round. The apartment is situated in a secure community with facilities reserved for residents use only (swimming pool, children's area etc). If you fancy a round of golf, there are three excellent courses just 10 mins drive inland at Las Rambles, Villamartin and Campamour; the superb La Finca course is about 40 mins drive away. Orihuela Costa resort is 5 mins walk away with its superb sports facilities including tennis, large swimming pool, gym and squash (small charge in summer for all day access).

Price includes Key drop off (meet and greet) and Key collection (on departure) service.
Price includes full clean and change of linen and towels ready for incoming guests (please bring your own beach towels). Departure by 11.00 am on day of departure (later times available depending on incoming guests).
Arrival not before 14.00 on day of arrival (earlier times available depending on incoming guests).
A £100 (150 euro) key and damage deposit will be collected before departure (or upon arrival if late booking) and returned after apartment inspection upon departure.
Airport collection and drop off service available at additional cost.
Deposit (non refundable) of £50 (75 euros) per week required at time of booking with balance due 6 weeks before departure.
Longer term lets (favourable rates) available upon request.

3 Championship Golf Courses within 10 mins drive
Three challenging and picturesque courses that are open to non-members, providing excellent facilities for those who don’t play golf (Villamartin Plaza is superb for eating and drinks after your round or on an evening). Villamartin - Well placed white sand bunkers and natural hills and valleys make this a challenging course for players of all abilities. Book before leaving UK to secure your desired tee off time,please contact us for telephone number. Campoamor - The front nine holes are fairly open, but fast, protected greens are just waiting to catch the unwary. The back nine holes are more demanding. The shortest and most challenging is Las Ramblas which demands accuracy at each hole. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this stunningly beautiful course. Torrevieja town nearby (wide range of facilities)
Picturesque Torrevieja (10mins by road) is close by with a wide range of facilities including all major banks and tourist information (main square or on promenade near the marina). Situated on the coast Torrevieja is surrounded inland by natural salt lakes providing a beautiful setting against the distant mountain backdrop (these mountains provide a spectacular day out by car). The town has a long promenade passing three beaches that are lined with restaurants of all types. The town also has new sports centre offering a wide range of sports and a multiscreen cinema (some films in English). The Carrefour Hypermarket (road into Torrevieja from Elche) stocks a massive range of food and other items. Near to the Carrefour is the Aquapark which has very good range of rides and pools for small and big kids alike. Go karting (road between La Zenia and Torrevieja) has an excellent track for adults and smaller karts for children. The safari park at Alcoy is a great day out for the children.
Other attractions / things to do
A visit to the cities of Alicante (wide selection of shops and a beautiful marina - nice location for an evening meal), Cartagena (steeped with naval history) or Murcia (good shops and a stunning central cathedral) is worthwhile. There are a number of themed bars in the area including a number of sports and Irish bars, the most well known is Paddy's Point near the roundabout, call in if you want a lively and entertaining evening. The Plaza at VillaMartin (near the golf club) is a lovely setting with a wide range of quality shops and restaurants, it is well worth spending an evening here. We recommend you take the time to explore the sea-side walk, stretching from Playa Flamenca, through La Zenia to Cabo Roig (a well designed path skirts the coast passing sandy beaches, natural coves and caves set into the hillside - there are a number of quality bars and restaurants along the path). Terra Mitica theme park (75 mins drive North) is a lively and action packed day out for all ages.

Superb Location - central to all facilities. Beaches are fantastic, no car required. Great service from information provided to airport pick up, great area for kids. Highly Recommended. Apartment all on the flat - great for us older guests. Supermarket selling everything you need just 2mins away. Nice touch to leave the welcome pack. Had a great time - will be looking to book again with family and will definitely tell friends about the apartment and area. The apartment has a feel of a property that is cared for and is something more a means of generating an income. It has a relaxing and homely feel, and is made even better by the knowledge that both the owners and management company have that 'care factor'. Appt was excellent. Home from Home experience. Everything we needed was there. Kid's DVDs were a good touch as were the reading materials. Welcome pack much appreciated.
Very enjoyable for young family, safe pool and excellent facilities in apartment including DVD's and sat TV.
