Casa Lorca is a brand-new, fully air-conditioned, luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor garden apartment with communal pool on the prestigious Las Ramblas golf course on Spain’s southern Costa Blanca. There are numerous other golf courses in the vicinity, such as Campoamor, Villamartin, La Finca, and La Manga. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests (7 if child uses pull out bed). The golf course is just a short drive (c. 2 miles) from excellent Blue Flag beaches. The area also boasts over 320 days of sunshine per year, which, along with its accessibility, makes year-round golfing breaks a realistic proposition.

Las Ramblas golf course is situated near La Zenia on the southern Costa Blanca. The closest town is Torrevieja (a 15-minute drive), which has a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars, and a large beach, the Playa de los Locos. The area is peppered with yellow-sand, blue-flag beaches, such as La Zenia and Cabo Roig. The shallow Mar Menor, a short drive south of Las Ramblas, has particularly good beaches for children. There is a water park (Aquopolis) in Torrevieja. It is a 5-minute drive to the championship golf course of Villamartin and Campoamor. Villamartin Plaza boasts a wide variety of restaurants in a pleasant setting. Campoamor clubhouse, with its far-reaching views, makes a pleasant venue for alfresco dining. Further afield, near Benidorm (c.1 hour), are Terramitica theme park and Mundomar, a marine park. There is a go-kart circuit a short drive away from Las Ramblas. Other places of interest within 1 hour include Murcia, La Manga, Alicante, and Lorca. Granada is c.3 hours.

    Rates are for the apartment, irrespective of the number of guests, up to a maximum of 6 people. Discounts are available for two week bookings or more- please enquire.

    Prices includes a welcome pack, electricity, gas and water, cleaning and laundry.
    Optional beach towel hire and mid-week linen changes are available at an extra charge- please enquire.
    Mid-week bookings and short stays are accepted. Prices are calculated pro-rata with reference to the weekly tariff.
    Changeover days are flexible.
    Airport transfers can be arranged on request, at an extra cost payable locally- please enquire.
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable upon reservation, and should be received within 10 days of booking. The balance (including a refundable £100 security deposit) is due eight weeks prior to departure.

Notes: Casa Lorca has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), living/dining room, and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Crockery and cutlery are provided, as are a kettle, an iron and ironing board, washing line, toaster, juicer, and coffee machine. The apartment has cable TV (UK terrestrial and Sky channels), DVD, VCR, and micro hi-fi with CD player. There is also a selection of books, DVDs, videos, and board games. The property is fully air-conditioned and heated, ensuring a comfortable environment all year-round. The apartment has a sun terrace, which leads down to a private garden with reclining sun sun loungers, bbq and other garden furniture. For your security, the apartment is alarmed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers with ample storage space. In addition to the double sofa bed, there is also a fold-away camp bed. The communal pool (a short walk away) has a segregated paddling area for children. There is a reserved parking space.

Golf: The apartment is situated in a quiet location just a short walk from the first tee of Las Ramblas golf course. Designed by Jose Gancedo, this stunning course may be short but it certainly makes up for length in its challenge, demanding accuracy and thought at each hole. Las Ramblas features high tees, narrow fairways and ravines to test the skill of the golfer, who needs a good repertoire of shots to play to his handicap. The local area around Las Ramblas is a golfers’ paradise. Should you ever tire of playing Las Ramblas, there are several golf courses in the vicinity that might be worth considering. Just a short drive away is Campoamor and the championship course of Villamartin, which hosted the 1994 Mediterranean Open. 20 minutes further inland is the Algorfa course. Just over half-an-hour’s drive away is La Manga. All of these courses consist of at least 18 holes

Lovely holiday memories

We have stayed in this apartment many times and keep coming back for more. It is very comfortable and a home away from home. We really enjoy the pool which is just a short walk behind the property. It has a lovely sunny garden which our son enjoys playing in, it is quiet and we have made friends with families around the pool each time we have holidayed their. There are restaurants and a supermarket within a 10-15 walk, obvisously shorter with a car. There are restaurants further afield (we especially love Eduardos Finca) and easily accessible by taxi or hire car. We thoroughly recommend this as a quiet getaway but with easy access to nightlife by taxi or hire car if that is what you want.

Wonderful holiday home in a magnificant area

We (parents and two teenager-daughters) have stayed in the apartment for three weeks in July 2009. We really had a wonderful time.
The apartment is luxury and well-furnished and it offers you all accomodation you need. The description and the photos of the apartment on the website correspond to reality.
It is situated in a very quiet and secure neighbourhood. It has a gated garden with garden furniture and a communal swimming pool at a walk distance of only 5 min. We have had a lot of walks and as we were by car we have visited plenty of cities: Murcia, Elche, Allicante, Torrevieja, ... and beaches. We liked very much "El Mar Menor".
Although we do not have met the owners, Sue and Steve, we are sure it must be very lovely people. The information we became before our departure was great; Sue was so kind and helpful that she mailed us all information we needed in order to have a wonderful and unforgetable stay! Many thanks!

my name is justin i always stay in las rambles near the golf cource it is a pleasure to stay there if u stay near the beaches it becomes to mad with people sometimes and the hotels just get packed out and to expensive. in this apartment you can vist la fente resturants and it has a lively irish bar with live music also if you drive 5 mins up road u have the mercadonna suppermarket and 5 mins the other way by car you have lidl supermarkets if u like to be more adventurous u can take a trip to tarbaca island near torriviecha area this is a must as its fun but also u must have a car to live at las rambles ass its quite away walking it has nice golf cources a pleasure to play on and lots to do if u want to u can take a trip to mr briggs for food mil palmeras beach with a nice square full of fun entertainment and english bars also hope i have helped u in any way i possibly can just rent this apartment get a car and sat nav and enjoy its the best way to enjoy the costa blanca leave the hotels and go to the buisy resorts and thenm come back to quiet reality and if u want to u can keep going out as we do and chilling out later in the day with bbq and a splash in the pool. this is a cheap holiday u will enjoy better love justin if u would like to know more about the area then this is my e mail address i could send u something via mail i always like to help where can cheers justin xx
