There are two double bedrooms (one en suite with spa bath) and 2 sets of twin bedrooms (one en suite). The lounge has comfortable seating and offers Sky tv system. The roomy and modern kitchen is well equipped with dining area. All floors and tiling throughout are marble with granite kitchen worktops. There is great bbq facilities on the very large main sun balcony and the large communal swimming pool is a very short distance from the apartment. The apartment is air conditioned for your comfort and alarmed for your security and the complex has 24 hr security on entry. This is an Ideal retreat for golfers and non golfers alike.

Notes to the rental rates

• Booking Deposit: To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be emailed to you.
  A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the apartment has been checked over.
  To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 80 euros cash to pay locally and on your arrival.
  Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.
  
• SUPPORT SERVICE:
  You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
  Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request.
  We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain

Beaches:

There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are within 10 to 15 mins driving distance to the beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante, Cala Capitan and La Zenia. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS

AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:

CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers and insurance. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service locally or to other locations during you stay

Golf Information:

The apartment overlooks the 18th fairway at the exclusive Las Ramblas complex. Las Ramblas is quite a spectacular test of golf and continues to gain many admirers once they have pitted their skills against this tight and difficult course. A beautiful scenic area with breathtaking views of the coast. The course has wonderful views. Accuracy and good course management is required. Two additional courses very close by are the championship home of Villamartin and the very picturesque golf and sporting complex at Campoamor. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future.
