Modern-interior 4 bed villa together with a 2 bedroom top-floor apartment and a 1 bedroom penthouse apartment, accommodating a maximum of 8, 6 and 4 people respectively, overlooking 7 holes of the Bonalba golf course with views to the sea and the mountains. The villa and both apartments are fully air conditioned and have the highest quality furnishings. They are set in private complexes with private communal pools, gardens and parking. The Bonalba resort has a championship 18 hole golf course that tests all levels of handicap. The golf clubhouse has a superb newly refurbished A La Carte restaurant with huge terrace and panoramic views of the golf course and Spa. The superb Spa, together with indoor and outdoor pool, spa treatments, massage, gym, sauna, steam, jacuzzi and crèche offers an alternative for those who are not golfing and an extra for those who are!

The 1 bedroom Penthouse apartment is set high on the top floor (7th) of Las Lomas de Bonalba and has spectacular panoramic views over Bonalba and the golf course from an open terrace. There is all day sunshine!! Both bedroom and sitting room open directly onto the open terrace. The location is within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Bonalba and all the shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished and has a sofa bed to the sitting room with table and chairs for dining. The bedroom has 2 single beds with fitted wardrobes and has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, large fridge-freezer and microwave. The apartment has a large windowed bathroom with both bath and shower.

Bonalba is located in the foothills of the Sierra de Bonalba, just 15 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 10 minutes from Alicante centre. The resort has an enviable position overlooking the Mediterranean and the beaches of San Juan and Campello which are just 5 min drive away. The Bonalba mountains present a spectacular back drop and many have experienced a spectacular walking holiday just a few miles inland. Alicante, with the world class marina, extensive shopping districts, beautiful espanada and imposing castle overlooking the City is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Blanca. There are a number of attractions and sights to visit within easy access of Bonalba. To the north are the historic towns of Villajoyosa, Althea and Denia with Benidorm being just 20 minutes by car or tram. There you will find the Aqualandia and Terra Mitica theme parks. To the south there is easy access to the towns of Murcia, Cartagena and La Manga club is a 40 min drive.
