Notes to the rental rates

A non-refundable deposit of fifty pounds per week will secure booking. Balance to be paid six weeks prior to departure. This must include an extra fifty pounds per week key/security deposit which will be returned in full when keys are returned and subject to there being no damage to property. Lets are normally Sat-Sat departing 1000 Hrs arriving 1400 Hrs. However flexibility will be granted if needed where possible.

Our complex has two large swimming pools with children's area. The nearest two blue flag beaches are within walking distance.

Play a different course every day of the week. Only minutes from Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.15mins to La Finca and La Marquesa,a nine hole course at Torrepacho and the famous La Manga only 30 mins drive away.
